I wholeheartedly recommend the team at Shade Trendz, I had some blinds installed in my sons room and the process was so effortless that I ordered again for another room. On time, and a job really well done.

I recently had Silhouette blinds installed on my glass front doors by Shade Trendz, they look fabulous and Shade Trendz were very professional and looked after me. I had to call them the morning after they were installed as I got them stuck, and they came out within a couple of hours and fixed them. They have been working fine ever since. I highly recommend Shade Trendz.

Raju was very helpful during a complicated and lengthy build. We got all the blinds installed to allow us to move in and soon after we had our external awnings on to help us with the summer sun. All this in the lead up to Christmas and all done before Christmas. Well done Raju and Thanks again. Rob M

Brilliant product - excellent quality and range. Unfortunately the instal was delayed- weather and Covid but when the job is completed we should be very happy with the result.

I recently replaced a Kresta product, which was completely ruined after just three years of use with Luxaflex duetts. What a difference! The Luxaflex cost twice as much, but it’s easy operation made worthy the expense. People who want to by a similar product should go straight to Luxaflex-Shade Trendz and forget about Kresta.

Luxaflex service is fabulous. They go out of their way to fix things promptly should there be lack of cleats etc, which really is a minor thing, but the fact is because of their work ethics, I have graded them 5 stars. And the Gentleman Rajiv who is at Shade Trendz, is excellent in giving us guidance on the entire Luxaflex Range of products. He feserves another 5 stars.

Shade Trendz gets 5 stars, the staff were courteous, timely and very helpful. The installation by Luxaflex however only gets 2 stars.
I had a System 2000 Pivot Arm awning with an internal tape winch installed just prior to getting my house painted. I chose Luxaflex because they were a long established company with a good reputation and I wanted a quality job after the winder from the previous awning from another company literally pulled out of the wall after several years.
It was installed with the tape coming through the architrave then diagonally down the side of the window to the winder which was mounted on the plaster below the window and about 20mm to the left of the tape entry point. The winder location I was told was to ensure it was screwed firmly into the timber behind the plaster. The tape was constantly rubbing against the bottom of the timber architrave and kept rolling over the corner of the architrave, this folded the tape where it entered the winder and kept jamming. I placed a service call and the fix was to just put 5mm spacers behind the winder fixing screws so the tape didn't rub against the timber anymore. This left a 5mm gap between the winder and the wall. Functionally it now works OK but from an appearance point of view it looks terrible. The tape runs down at an angle to the window frame and the gap behind the winder has exposed the original paintwork of a different colour behind the winder.
A few simple design changes to the winder mounting system would allow the tape to run parallel to the window frame and a matching spacer plate to go between the winder and wall to fill any gap necessary for the tape to clear the architrave would improve the appearance immeasurably.

We are very happy with our Luxaflex Shade Trendz skylight blind. We can control the amount of light that comes in and the big benefit is that the amount of summer heat is greatly reduced while still having a bright room.

It was during the end of the Corvid lockdown period. I had requested a few quotes for installation of some new roller blinds to replace the slightly frayed ones. I have finally selected Luxaflex as I believe it is a well-known trusted brand.

The closest dealer is Shade Trendz at Pennant Hills, Sydney. The appointment was made and Raju was helpful in helping me select the closest matching colour. Installation took place within 2 weeks.

Throughout the process, all the staff at the office were polite and responsive to my various requests. Those who came to the premises were all punctual, efficient and left the place tidy. There was a minor problem with the chain for one of the blinds but was rectified without much ado.

I am totally pleased with the experience and would recommend.

We had a great experience with our purchase and installation of 6 roller blinds and 1 venetian blind.
Shade Trendz were able to measure and supply earlier than some competitors.
Lead times for manufacture was less than two weeks.
When delivered, there was initially a problem with two of the blinds not being the correct size due to the mounting position on the concrete wall not being suitable, but were quickly replaced with a minimum of fuss, and the replacement blinds installed very well.

Recently replaced old aluminium venetians with wooden blinds throughout. The service from Raju at Pennant Hills Luxaflex was first rate throughout the process and the fitter was very professional. Thank you Luxaflex you have transformed my home.

The duette blinds are great. The new pull cord is an improvement on the previous system.

The blinds I ordered have not been delivered without anger, and aggression. Only one blind is satisfactory. I should not be aggressively attacked by any Luxaflex person because he made big errors.
