I paid €250 for a metal and glass ball light. Package arrived within 2 weeks however it came from China and the whole product is plastic. Extremely disappointing and no response from customer service... shock! Do not buy from here, the reviews on the website are clearly fake.

We would like to clarify a few important points regarding your order:
• Some of our suppliers are based in Asia, which is why your parcel may have been shipped from there — this is mentioned in our shipping policy.
• The model you ordered does exist in both glass/metal and acrylic versions depending on the variant and production batch. If you received a version that does not match the materials listed on your product page, this is a mistake from the supplier and we sincerely apologise.
• Regarding customer service: we operate with a 24–48h response time (excluding weekends), and we have since replied to your message. You should now have received our email.
To resolve this quickly, we have offered you a full refund, and you may return the product at no cost if it does not match your expectations.
We take authenticity very seriously — all reviews displayed on our website are from verified customers.
