I would give this company a ZERO. I ordered outdoor thermal cat house. The tracking showed it coming from China and it was taking forever to arrive. It showed that it was delivered Nov 24/24. I never received the package. I emailed the customer service and someone named "Yolo" has been giving me the run around. I have requested proof of the delivery, I asked them to confirm the date it was "delivered", and I requested the carrier who"delivered it". I haven't been provided any answers but I keep getting offers to a partial refund. After reading other reviews, you don't even get a refund after requesting one. I'm done and reporting to the Better Business Burea.

I order the Clawsable cat house. Never received it. I’m trying to get this resolved and they’re not responding. Unbelievable. Don’t order a thing from these scammers.

I ordered the Kitty's Christmas Wonderland on 11/13/24. On 11/29/24 I received an email that it was delivered. Unfortunately, it had not been delivered. I emailed customer service since I couldn't find a phone contact. After 9 days there was still no response. I emailed again. This time I got a response the next day saying, it was delivered to my house, it must of been stolen, not their fault, and here's a 30% off coupon. We were home all day on the supposed delivery date and there was no delivery. Company takes no responsibility. Do not waste your hard earned time or money on this company. SCAM, AVOID.

I ordered a cat shelter from this site and it was never delivered. They claim that it was however their "international tracking number" claims it was handed over to USPS. No verifiable tracking number or information was given beyond this. Their "customer service" will not provide any information that I have requested, refuse to send another item and offered a 60% refund to which has not yet been received and again will not provide any information showing a refund had been issued. This is clearly a fraudulent company and I am filing a report with my States Attorney General and other consumer agencies. It is time to close down these fraudulent Chinese scams and protect the American people!

Update: I have seen online that Luxart states that there are fraudulent sites that are using their logo claiming to be them. This could be the case in this situation but I have reported this event on the Luxart site and I am waiting for a response. I want to be fair about this and not penalize a company that may have had their likeness stolen and used in a fraudulent manner. Regardless, I will still be reporting this to my State and federal officials.

Ordered two cat shelters on 11/10/2024 and according to thier logistics they said it was delivered 11/29/2024 but there was nothing there and still nothing on 12/07/2024. Went into USPS informed delivery service and there was no packages listed for my address at any time before or after 11/29/2024. This company is nothing but a scam!!

I will never order from them again. I ordered a cat shelter on the 22 of Nov and they said 2/5 days. Never got it. Paid 40.00. Using Amazon is more trust worthy. What a scam Luxarts are.

THIEVES! Never received my item, and they keep saying they’ll refund me (only 50%) but they won’t. It’s been over 2 months of trying to deal with them. So disappointed.

I wanted to write this review even though I didn't shop. I liked a product on the site and I had a few questions in my head about it. I got a very fast response and they suggested alternative products to the one I liked. I really liked their approach. I will definitely shop one day.

The company's communication services are very fast in terms of mail. We could not reach by phone, but they responded quickly to us by e-mail.

Although the decorative sculpture product I bought is a bit small, it looks very good in terms of quality. There was a problem of not being able to find the address on the cargo side, but we solved the problem when we contacted the cargo company.

When I sent a message for the installation of the product, they immediately sent me detailed installation information. Product quality is really good.
