I wish I could give this one star. Liars, and scammers. They offer the buy one get two- they sent one (which was cheap garbage from China) and I asked about the other two. After 11 emails they finally said, so you have a screen shot for the promo? And YES I did. Not to mention the promo is still running today on real time. I have absolutely slammed them in record on social media and will continue to. Buyers beware!!!!!!!!

This is the worst company. Do not order from them! I emailed to get a change of size and they didn’t respond until 2 weeks later. Then told me I was past the 14 day exchange policy. They wouldn’t give me an address to exchange the products. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I ordered these to wear under my wedding dress in nude. They sent me three pairs in black which I will never use. I immediately emailed the company and said I want to return. No response and no way to initiate the return on their website.
They finally respond a month later to my second attempt and tell me no problem they’d get back to me with return information. Weeks later they email me and say you can’t return something after 14 days!!

This was a terrible experience with this company. My initial order was on June 5th. It never came. They finally responded on July 9th, clearly AI written, and assured me a new one was coming. I still have not received it. Almost 2 months, out $45 with no product and only 2 emails. No phone number to call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Purchased 3x medium shape wear pants (buy two, get one free) and only one XS arrived. Doesn’t fit, too small. SCAM!!!

Company changed my order - from 2 for 1 M to 1 x XS.
I have tried to ask for return details and request a refund but at best they take 5 days to reply, continuously asking for more information!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Some kind of scam happening here. Same thing happened to me as other people here. I ordered a 3 for 1 bundle size medium and my receipt had only one in size x-small. The receipt was sent to spam so I didn’t see it in time to cancel the order or swap sizes. Could not contact the company at any email address and there is no customer support available whatsoever. I emailed 5 times with no response. Huge scam, would never order from here again. Wish I could flag their website as being a scam.

Similar experience to others. No customer support function at all - you cannot get in touch with them. Really disappointed as their products aren't cheap.

Same thing happened to me as other people here. I ordered a 3 for 1 bindle size medium and my receipt had only one in size x-small. Could not contact the company at any email address they give as I had an answer that this email account does not exist both for info@luxelyra and support@luxelyra... both email were on their website or emails I received... I tried to contact them via their website and had no success there as well. Really wish I hadn't bought from this company.

It advertises that it’s quick delivery… Not the case! My item turned up over 3 weeks later. So I didn’t open the package but wanted to return as the event had now past. I was informed that I am unable to return the un opened item, nor can I get a refund as this is not in their refund policy! Their response was incredibly slow and very unhelpful.
I will never use this company again.

I order the slim thong 3 for 1, in black in medium. What actually arrived was 1 extra small beige thong. I contacted them and they said there was a technical issue but no further correspondence despite several emails. So I have spent £32 on a not very nice item it turns out that’s of no use to me. Several emails have been sent that they have ignored. It states that items can be returned within 14 days of receiving but conveniently they have ignored my emails. I do not recommend using this company. Their customer service is non existent, there morals questionable and the quality of the item is shocking.

Buyer beware! I purchased the PowerSlim Tummy Control Thong buy one get two free. There is no return policy if you don't like the product! These don't look as nice as in the advertisements. Strange fit. Cheap knit fabric that has a strange texture. Not smooth. They don't hold in anything and create a strange high up muffin top... and I don't have a huge middle, just wanted to look a little smoother under fitted clothing. Just another made in China cheap product.

Ordered the buy 1 get 2 free and receive 1 in the wrong size. Customer service is horrible and is blaming me for ordering the wrong size and qty. Worst company I have ever bought from and this is the first review I have ever done!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Wrong size and number of items on my receipt straight after putting in my order. Not responding to my emails to rectify. So a totally useless purchase. Now having to go through visa fraud team to try and get my money back.

I’d put zero because I never received the product. I placed the order on 5/10/24 received shipment notice on 5/11/24 and I followed the overseas tracking number. It supposedly went out for delivery on 5/30 for a few hours and shows later that it was delivered at front desk post office same day. I called the local post office and they can’t find the package and they can’t go by the tracking number from China. They suggested I reach out to their CS and ask if they have a domestic tracking number. That was this last Monday 6/3/24 and I’ve received no response from them. If this is a startup company with a good product they don’t know how to run a business being based out of CA with products being shipped from China or are a major scam. Avoid them!

Absolutely the worst company that I have ever to deal with.

Twice I placed and order and there technology made it that the order was changed - which is disingenuous at best.

Second time it happened I cancelled the order literally 2 mins after I placed the order. They have a 12 hours cancellation policy. They conveniently didn’t bother to answer the emails until 48 hours after the 12 hour deadline passed. They tried to blame me. The apologised that couldn’t do anything as it’s been dispatched. Then said I could get a refund it I paid for the postage back.

Bottom line. I totally disingenuous company that is out there for one thing. Rip off everyone.

If you use them good luck. I wouldn’t.

Placed an order on 17/05 and there was a deal for buy 1 get 2 pairs free for £32.00. I opted for this and I know that this was applied as I had to choose the colours and sizes for the additional items. The order arrived today, 3 weeks later, and only one pair was present.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. This company is an absolute scam - they will take your money but you aren't allowed to return. Instead they offer you a "discount". I'm sorry but no, this is absolutely unacceptable treatment of customers.

Ordered something in one size, the confirmation came through in another and I emailed immediately to cancel. No response. Emailed several times and it was only after a despatch confirmation came through days later they said they couldn’t cancel as it had been despatched. Awful company will be asking credit card company to retract the payment
