BE VERY CAREFUL, if you are planning on ordering from this online store I’m here to tell you they sell counterfeit bottles of perfume. I ordered Kilian Love Don’t Be Shy from them and received an obviously fake bottle. There were a few clues but the most obvious was :
the Batch code A34-24396 is not a standard Kilian Paris batch format. Kilian typically uses short 3- to 5-digit alphanumeric codes to indicate the exact manufacturing date.
-the code is not etched into the bottom of the bottle.
Other things were :
-Design on the side of the bottle...the embossing is not of good quality and the paint is chipped off.
-there is a typo in the included booklet
-the atomiser leaked and is not in line with what is used on the real thing.
-the sticker on the base is rectangular and it should be oval shaped
-the font on the gold front plate is not aligned and the plate has scratches on it.

I contacted them and they completely ignored the email.
I have taken action through my bank to reclaim money spent.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE AND CAUTION YOU AGINST PURCHASING FROM THEM.

Fake, untrustworthy seller, beware! wish i had read reviews before spending hundreds of dollars on a Byredo fragrance that i have used for more than 10 years.
The perfume was NOTHING like the original.
As soon as the package arrived i sensed something was wrong, very unprofessional..

I purchased YSL Blouse Rose Angelique from this website. When I sprayed it, it doesn’t smell like the one I owned and it’s like spraying water with a hint of fragrance which goes away almost immediately. I tried it on skin and on clothing, the same result - it’s like spaying water. This is too far from the bottle I had before which I got from another store.

I purchased Frederic Malle Portrait of a Lady 100ml from this website.
In my personal experience, the fragrance lasted less than 5 minutes on skin, clothing and fragrance strips.
This was dramatically different from the same fragrance I had recently tested at an authorised retailer.

I contacted customer service and requested assistance, but my refund request was refused.

This is my personal experience and I hope it helps other customers make an informed decision.
