I enjoyed a wonderful experience in Greece! Luxe Tribes provided a great experience throughout the trip. We had excellent tour guides and great options on the itinerary. The Rainbow boat ride was the best. Lodging options were great- however, accommodations in Athens didn’t rank as high. I would definitely book another travel experience with Luxe Tribes!

Our trip to Greece was a lot of fun overall. The drivers were always on time, and the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable.
However, prior to our departure, we learned that my daughter had a passport validity issue. We provided Luxe Tribes a copy of her passport in ample time for the issue to be identified. She had to obtain an expedited passport and travel two days later than planned, resulting in additional expenses, stress, and lost vacation time.
While we enjoyed the trip and appreciated the excellent drivers and knowledgeable guides, I believe the passport issue should have been identified before our departure. I hope Luxe Tribes will review its procedures to help prevent this from happening to future clients.

Traveling with LUXE Tribes was a great experience. I went to Greece in a private group and it was fantastic. Very first class, safe, relaxing, and fun. From the pick up at the airport, the tours and excursions, the boat cruise, ferry ride to Mykonos, everything!!! I also made some new friends and saw family I hadn’t seen in a while. I’d definitely travel with LUXE Tribes again!

I recently used Luxe Tribes to help plan my 35th birthday trip to Thailand, and I had such a great experience from beginning to end!

One of the biggest standouts for me was the communication. Their app made everything extremely easy. I was able to communicate directly with my travel agent, Emilia, as well as their local, on-the-ground team in Thailand throughout the trip. Emilia was amazing—she answered all of my questions, communicated clearly, and made sure everything we discussed was taken care of.

The transportation and organization were also excellent. Our drivers were always on time, everything was set up and coordinated as planned, and our tour guides were great. We especially loved our tour guide, Tan, who was wonderful!

What I appreciated most was being able to customize the trip around what we actually wanted to do. Having Luxe Tribes handle the logistics made traveling internationally for my birthday so much easier and allowed me to really enjoy the experience without having to worry about every little detail.

I would absolutely use Luxe Tribes again, especially for future international trips. If you already have a trip in mind but want someone to help bring it all together, coordinate the details, and accommodate what you need, I definitely recommend them.

My cousin and I booked my 50th Birthday trip to Bali with Luxe Tribe and our travel agent Priscilla was amazing from start to finish. It exceeded my expectations with everything. Private chef at my villa was amazing! My birthday dinner was short of amazing at the Kayon hotel. My flower pool was amazing. Our driver Aris AMAZING! I will definitely book my next trip with Luxe Tribe!

This was our first trip to Japan, and choosing Luxe Tribes was one of the best decisions we made.

We were referred by a family member and had spoken with other travel planners, but what stood out immediately was that Luxe Tribes actually listened to what we needed. We are two travelers in our 60s and knew we did not want to arrive in Japan and then have to figure everything out ourselves. We wanted a thoughtfully planned experience with reliable transportation, knowledgeable guides, excellent hotels, and someone paying attention to the details. Luxe Tribes understood that and adjusted the original itinerary accordingly.

From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. We were met at the airport with our names clearly displayed, our luggage was handled, and we were taken directly to an excellent hotel in a very convenient location in Tokyo. Throughout the trip, our guides and chauffeurs were consistently early often arriving 15–20 minutes ahead of schedule and were patient, professional, courteous, and attentive.

One of our chauffeurs Hitoshi especially stood out. He was so caring and attentive that I jokingly told him I was going to call him “Daddy.” He constantly checked that we were comfortable and safe, even when the weather was less than ideal. That level of personal care made a tremendous difference.

Our itinerary allowed us to experience Tokyo and its major landmarks, the Imperial Palace, wonderful food experiences, Mount Fuji, and Kyoto, where we stayed in a traditional Japanese style hotel. Every part of the trip felt thoughtfully selected. Even after dropping us off, members of the team would check to make sure we had arrived safely and were doing well.

What impressed me most was the level of excellence and attention to detail. Everyone we encountered seemed genuinely invested in making sure we had a wonderful experience. The ability to communicate easily in English was also extremely helpful for us on our first visit.

Was it inexpensive? No. But this experience reminded me that sometimes you truly do get what you pay for. The quality, peace of mind, organization, and personal service were worth it.

Japan was extraordinary, and Luxe Tribes made it possible for us to enjoy it without the stress of navigating an unfamiliar country on our own.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. I would travel with Luxe Tribes again and recommend them without reservation.

We had such an amazing experience traveling to Curaçao with Luxe Tribes! From the planning process to actually being on the island, everything was organized so well and made our trip feel easy and stress-free.

A huge shoutout to our planner, Gabriel, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure we had the information we needed, answered our questions, and helped everything come together for a beautiful trip.

I also have to highlight our driver, Max! He was absolutely wonderful — friendly, reliable, welcoming, and made getting around Curaçao so much easier. Having someone we could depend on for transportation allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the island.

Curaçao was beautiful, and this trip gave us so many memories that we’ll cherish. 💙🌴 I would definitely recommend Luxe Tribes, and we’re especially grateful to Gabriel and Max for helping make our experience so memorable!

My private tour fulfilled all of my goals in Korea. An enchanting photographic experience in the Korean national costume, well curated food experiences, a K-Pop class. My guide and driver was such a joy to be with. We found great BTS souvenirs for my sister. The hotel was fabulous, airport transportation timely.

I will always recommend Luxe Tribes because over all I truly have a lovely experience from start to finish and it is significantly less stressful than having to put together an itinerary and doing all the research on my own. With that said there is always room for improvement. I recently booked a private trip to Fiji with my mom and aunt. There were some miscommunications and misunderstandings with the trip planner Emilia. She was so lovely but there were specific requests made and questions we asked that were not accurately addressed and it felt like there wasn’t enough attention paid to detail. It did get to a point where we felt like we had to call the accommodations ourselves to get clarification. Everyone on the ground was excellent once we arrived. I specifically want to shout out our James and Di from Valentine Tours who made us felt so safe and welcome. They truly made all the difference to have them apart of our trip. I also appreciated how responsive and apologetic the team was with a couple of small issues we ran into while on our trip. With that said I already have another solo trip booked with Luxe Tribes and can’t wait for another exciting adventure!

This is my 4th trip with Luxe and I always had a blast with them. Every time I go the tour guides are awesome and the ladies are always fun to connect with. It’s great for people who are starting off traveling internationally

Our trip to Bali was great! Luxe team was very accommodating when we missed our initial flight. They were able to rearrange all activities so we could still have a great time. They were very helpful when reaching out during the time we were there. I would book with them again.
I would have given them 5 stars, but there were a few things that could be done. 1. Schedule a meeting with travelers like a month in advance to go over all requirements for the entry to country or any last minute things we may need to know or answer any questions. We shouldn’t have to make an appt with you all.
2. Maybe share screen or help with completing paperwork for visas, entry stuff, etc. A lot of people don’t know how to answer certain questions that are being asked.
3. When deposits are made or when we reach out about a trip. I think there should be like a Q & A. Luxe should give us information about the trip and country, yes we can Google stuff but we would like to know from you and then see if we have any questions at the end. Maybe make some recommendations for our itinerary or how things will work throughout the process (beginning to end), paying deposit and creating itinerary.

My best friend and I booked a private tour to Egypt for our birthdays. This trip went to Cairo, Luxor and Hurghada. Elizabeth helped plan our trip and aside from some small miscommunications early on, the process was pretty smooth. Everything was great from the time we stepped of the plane. One of Luxe Tribes representatives Mr. Zafer was waiting for us and helped us breeze through customs quickly. Another representative brought us to our hotel and helped with the check in process. We arrived earlier than typical check in time so we ended up having to pay an extra fee in cash for early check in. I feel this should have been made clear beforehand as they had our flight information and knew what time we were due to arrive. We had different tour guides for each city and they were all very nice and knowledgeable. The hotels were nice though the rooms at the hotel in Luxor were a bit dated compared to the other two, it didn't negatively impact us in any way. We were kept pretty busy during the days with tours and activities so didn't have a ton of free time to explore on our own. The vendors selling goods near tourist sites can be very persistent but it wasn't anything crazy and no one was rude or overly aggressive. If we weren't interested we just said no thanks and kept it moving. Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely book with Luxe Tribes again.

I had an amazing time in Peru! This is our second time traveling with Luxe. Each time has been phenomenal! This was no different. From our driver to the tour guides. Everything was excellent! The coordination was superb! I will be a returning customer .

I enjoyed the experience very much. They provided a guide who was with us at all parts of the trip. I did not speak the language and was not familiar with the do's and don'ts do it was great to have their guide with us. He was on time and patient.
I loved that i got to experience many of the countries culture and customs. so the itinerary was great.

I took at trip to Japan with Luxe Tribe and they were perfect. The tour guy was ontime, knowledgeable and funny. Everything was exceptional out together so it was easy for you to enjoy your trip. I can not wait to book with them again. See you soon 🥰

My trip with Luxe Tribes to Morocco was amazing ! This is trip #2 with them and idk how they find the staff to be our drivers but they are always such a good time. Tai was on call anytime we needed anything and made sure we were comfortable. Zaid was the driver and he was so fun and HUMAN, very comfortable driving with him. He dropped us off at the club and came to get us at 4 in the morning, on time, high energy. planning the next trip with them NOW

This was my first trip with Luxe Tribe. I had heard many great things from the individuals I traveled to Greece with, several of whom had experienced previous Luxe trips. However, based on their past experiences, this trip did not reflect the level of service they had come to expect from Luxe.

Upon arrival at the airport, we were not greeted by a Luxe representative, as had been done on prior trips. Our only communication with Konstantinos Astrinakis was through text messages. Attempts to contact him before the trip went unanswered, and we did not hear from him until shortly before our departure for Greece. I feel that several aspects of the trip were overlooked, which reflected poorly on Luxe.

I did enjoy the walking tour of Chania Old Town and the food tour of the Chania villages. On Day 3, we participated in a Cretan wine and charcuterie tasting. When we mentioned that we were celebrating Tiffany’s birthday, the owner shared that they typically do something special for guests celebrating an occasion, but they had not been informed of her birthday before our arrival. This was one example of how small but important details were missed. The tour guide was knowledgeable, although there were some language challenges. Still, he was patient, kind, and helped make the day enjoyable.

On Day 4, we were scheduled for an “exotic private tour” of Elafonisi Beach, which was described as a breathtaking pink beach. Unfortunately, it was not what had been advertised. The beach was not visibly pink, and the experience did not feel like an exotic private tour. We were dropped off and had to walk approximately 15–20 minutes to reach the beach. Once there, we did not receive a tour and explored on our own. This was not the experience we envisioned based on the description provided.

On Day 5, we were supposed to take a ferry to Santorini, but instead we had to pack for one night and stay in Heraklion. It appeared that the ferry arrangements had not been handled properly. We adjusted and still had a great day shopping and enjoying the food tour. The tour guide was excellent, and the restaurant owner was absolutely wonderful. Their hospitality made the stay worthwhile, and it ended up being one of the best days of the trip.
Day 6, the private sunset boat tour with dinner and drinks, was the highlight of our trip. The boat ride was breathtaking, and the crew was welcoming, fun, and attentive. They took excellent care of us, the food was great, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for.

The wine tour on Day 7 was also nice, and the winery itself was beautiful. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was very knowledgeable. However, the tour guide did not provide the level of service we expected. Rather than sharing information throughout the tour, she repeatedly asked what we wanted to know. She was also on the phone for much of the time she was with us. We felt rushed and were not given an opportunity to shop, although she stopped to shop when she wanted to. Based on our experience, I would not recommend her for future tours.

Overall
Overall, we had a good time and created some enjoyable memories, but the trip did not meet the expectations we had based on Luxe Tribe’s reputation and the amount of money spent. Too many important details were missed, and several parts of the itinerary did not match what was advertised. While there were standout experiences—especially the Heraklion food tour and the private sunset boat tour—the overall trip was not the seamless, high-quality experience we had envisioned.

I just returned from the most incredible 40th birthday safari in Kenya and Sea experience in Zanzibar, and Luxetribes exceeded every expectation. This was my fifth trip with them, and somehow it was the best yet.
Elizabeth handled every detail flawlessly, making the entire experience completely stress-free. From unforgettable safari adventures and cultural experiences in Kenya to the luxury and relaxation of Melia Zanzibar, every moment was perfectly planned.
As my first trip to Africa, I couldn't have imagined a better introduction to the continent. All we had to do was show up and enjoy. I'm already thinking about my next trip with Luxetribes!

I have traveled on several international trips and used LuxeTribes and had great experiences until my most recent trip. I recently traveled to Greece 🇬🇷 and our travel tribe never met our host the entire trip. I also learned that he was unprofessional in replying to emails and chats within the app as in responses would come weeks later. He really gave “low vibrational” customer service. If I choose to use LuxeTribes again we will surely make it a priority to the company that it should be a standard to have the host make themselves available. I’d like to experience every aspect of where my money is being spent. This is disappointing especially since I’ve made a lot of referrals to this company. That effort will cease until your standards are brought up to par especially since we are spending thousands of dollars with your company. His name is Konstantinos Astrinsk. Your hosts should be “people touching!” May need to consider another travel company that meets ALL of my standards! This one issue did not destroy my time or experience of Greece but it left a stain on my thoughts of how LuxeTribes is not closely monitoring its employees and their lack of tolerance fulfillment! #MyCoinsArePriceless💯👍🏽#MyTimeIsValuable🙌🏽
