The price is great for a monthly subscription. The size is the largest with a perfume subscription. Because I have tried a few different companies. They have variety of scents designer and high end niche fragrances to choose from. Monthly package is delivered 5-7 business days. I get tired of the same scent, so this is the best way to get the best of both worlds.

I had an incredible experience with LUXSB! I received my first package in 5 business days. I cant wait to get my April Box. The site is very user friendly. I set up my fragrance calendar in advance 6 months. I think that is great also you can add extras to your monthly order.

Don't trust these people. I made an order weeks before Christmas and never received anything. I contacted them 3 times and never got anything. They had no problem taking my money though.

THIS company is a SCAM. they don’t answer emails or calls. They have your credit card on file and you can’t remove it. NOR cancel your account. and they won’t let you leave their subscription.

Love the fragrance selection. LUXSB largest size in a perfume subscription. Always on time and great service! I love the unique scents they offer. Fragrances that you can only get with there subscription service.

Customer service. I’d give no stars if I could.
Tracking showed that carrier didn’t have it after a week then I called, no response.
Sent an email and the package magically entered the tracking system.Took almost a month for my order to arrive. Rude and terrible,
I cancelled right away.

I love this monthly perfume service each month. Its a great way to try out new fragrances. They have an incredible selection of perfumes to choose from. Many niche fragrances and designer. Customer service was very friendly and helpful over the phone. Can’t wait to try my next month.

I personally really enjoy their service. Any issue I've had has been resolved by them and one thing that I really appreciate is the nifty holders the cologne comes in.

I really like Luxury Scent Box. It's great to try different perfume each month from designer to niche. The presentation is very nice. It lasts me a little over a month, I have found it is the largest that I have found in a perfume subscription which is a 9ml. My first perfume I received was Mancera Amore Caffe. Such a sweet alluring fragrance. Would recommend to others. The price point is good. I love to smell good! But buying perfume can be very expensive. This is a great way to try different perfumes each month. I also signed up for my husband that he gets one each month. So far I have been with them for 4 months and I am happy.

Awful customer service. Does not respond to emails. Does not answer phone. Does not respond to online chat. Swaps out items in calendar. Sends items out of sequence.

LUXSB Luxury Scent Box revolutionizes the fragrance game. Trying different fragrances every month or finding that one scent you love. I wanted to try some of the niche fragrances they carry. My first box came in 7 businss days. Which I thought was in a timely manner. I loved my first fragrance I selected Thameen Blue Heart. It was just so glamorous and addicting. I received many compliments on it. This fragrance retails for $220.00 for a small size. Which I think I will end up buying beacuse I just loved it so much. I loved the vanilla and cocnut in this fragrance. My second month I received in 5 business days and I selected Ramon Monegal Flamenco which is fruity and sweet. This also was a really nice fragrance. Can not wait to receive my third month. I have already set up my fragrance calendar for the next 12 months. So I am excited to continue my service with LUXSB!

Only given one star because I can’t do none. Signed up for monthly subscription and have billed five months after 3 months and no product tried to contact company via phone no answer and no return messages left. Contacted via email multiple times and they sent 2 in same package. Now have repeated above via email said they were sending out 3 in same package and haven’t received as of yet. Very unhappy and have been trying to cancel subscription now via email confirmed they will cancel after they collect 6 months of subscription and who knows if they will and when I receive 6th product. Very unhappy with all of their services.
