I received my order but the product was terrible. It doesn’t wrap neatly around my switch or kindle. As soon as you encounter a bump or curve the wrap creases around the corner and doesnt feel nice to handle so i removed from all my devices as it looked so bad.

Absolutely appauling, will not stay on for 2 minutes with children! The stickers bubble and lift leaving the stickers all lifted around the edges. Tried contacting the company about the issue and they have ignored me for a couple of days, still unanswered answers. not good customer service atall! I only placed one sticker on, the front docking sticker! Which should be the easiest sticker as it’s flat, I dread to think the state of the other stickers as they’re more fiddly for the button etc. these would look even worse than the front docking one. the sticker was literally on the front docking station but for less than two minutes and when peeling off left really bad sticky residue! Please don’t buy for children using the switch, not practical atall! Also ordered some to cover the gear sticks and they never turned up! Also mentioned this on the message and yet no response so not only have I paid for appauling stickers for my switch they also have taken money for something they haven’t posted to me. I wouldn’t have resulted in this but being the matter they haven’t responded this is what I’m left to do so. Hoping someone else doesn’t get let down or even better let their children down with these not good quality stickers

Why am I not surprised that this company has such a low score. They are not a legitimate company. They do not ship your order and then refuse to refund you. Their customer service completely ignores you. They are the worst company. They are scammers!!!!!!!

I ordered from them because before I got my skin at a decent amount of time. I ordered a skin and a case December 28th 2023, and it’s now February 2024 and I haven’t received anything. I got hold of customer service a month later and they told me to wait 1-2 weeks and they’ll send me a replacement. Now I’m looking for the replacement or to get my money back and I can’t access the chat function on their website, and they’ve deleted all of my posts on social media. Just want my money back at this point.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I ordered from etsy so I was lucky when the item never arrived. Ordered beginning of Dec 2023, it's now February 2024 and the skin I ordered never arrived. In the customer service they claim to help, they claim to be empathetic, they claim to offer a replacement but i'd be dumb to believe that. 100% SCAM. listen to all the reviews, do not give these people any money. they don't deserve it.

These guys absolutely suck. Rubbish products, rubbish customer service. Dont be fooled by the pics. They are just stickers that dont stick.

Ordered my son a skin for his ps5 and switch. Shipping was what I expected coming from another country and the holidays. The skin for the ps5 however had scratches and discoloration. Emailed customer service twice with no response. Commented on their Facebook page and was reported and blocked or they took down their page. Guess I am happy the switch one was good but out $50 for the ps5 skin.

Never received my order. They kept sending the same automated response. I prefer just a refund at this point because I no longer need it as a Christmas gift. I placed my order 12/7:2023. Today is 1/9/2024. And still no product. SCAM COMPANY

Purchased a skin for my kindle and paid extra for express postage, it took them 10 days to lodge my item with Auspost and it was delayed a further 5 days for delivery. I contacted them via instagram and their website 5 times with no response. I have removed the skin from my kindle and it left a nasty residue that required rubbing alcohol to remove. Avoid this company and spend your money at another small business because this was a terrible experience and poor product.

I am 100% sure this site is a scam. Do not buy anything from it. Not only dose ur not turn up no one answers ur email. When I asked where my order was on Facebook not only did no body get back to me I was blocked.

I am very thankful that I was granted a refund for my order. I never received it, even after waiting for more than a month. I understand that the holidays is a busy time of year, but do not be fooled by the seemingly cute designs— you will never actually receive your item.

Please note that I was LUCKY to get a refund for my missing order; others were not so lucky. So don’t push it, and stay away from this seller and this business.

Do not use this Company, they no not reply to any email even when asking to cancel. They do not refund when asked. Also item is poor quality and missing the controller skin. Joke of a company.

Paid for tracked shipping with delivery in 5 to 9 days. Two weeks later and the item hasn't even been shipped. I've sent numerous emails to customer services and there hasn't been a single response. Avoid like the plague.

Delivery took twice as long as stated it would if not more.
I emailed and contacted social media pages half a dozen times before receiving an email with a return address. I returned the product only to find out it is a postal locker and they haven’t collected it. I’ve sent another 4 emails and raised 3 chats with no response. Still waiting on my refund.

I brought not knowing it was a skin, but they said they could cancel if I got in contact with them within 24 hours. Which I did!! No reply I then made numerous attempts to email back to return the item and again no reply to send it back. I ended up having to try and use it. The quality of the film is decent but the application process is rubbish. I paid £25 for a sticker basically, they could just make cases instead of stickers. Need to do better would give zero stars if I could.

I placed an order on their website and paid for the extra shipping cost to have tracking included. The order was never shipped. I disputed the order with my credit card company and they claimed to have sent it. Of course their website shows that the order was not fulfilled. This has been submitted to my credit card company and I was able to obtain a credit for the payment.

I did email the company twice regarding the order and they never replied. I checked out their Etsy store and see that this has happened to other people too.
