This experience was 10/10. I was so stressed about moving my anxious cat and Zac exceeded my expectations. Not only is he a great company to have on a long drive, but I honestly can’t think of a better service and that comes from somehow who is highly selective of anything that has to do with my cat. My cat is partially blind and has panic attacks anytime we are on the road. He takes medication but even then he’s extremely stressed, but somehow with Zac he remained calm as opposed to freaking out as usual. For anyone who feels hesitant to travel with your pet, Zac is the best option. He’s very considered and the comfort and safety of you and your pet will be his top priority.

I used their service to relocate both of my cats from the UK to the Republic of Ireland. It was a very stressful period because I had to leave in one specific weekend. But Zac helped and advised me every time I needed extra advice or support.
Also when I needed to change the ferry tickets, it was no problem for him to manage it for me. He brought such a peace over me, in an absolute stress full periode for me. Chapeau for Zac and the company he is running..! And last but not least, a big chapeau for the driver who drove me and both cats to Dublin...

I have traveled with Zac and his crew 2 times now, and what I can say is that they are the BEST pet car service. They offer the best price in the market and their service and support along the journey was pivotal for me and Tokyo.

We took our dog from Paris CDG Airport to London. Zac was very helpful and our driver Asil was very friendly and kind. I would recommend them to anyone looking to travel with an animal.

We used the service to relocate from Amsterdam to UK with our dog and I will highly recommend the entire team. Right from the first conversation Zac was super helpful and cooperative in every sense. Our driver Sami was also highly professional and guided us throughout the journey. He made the journey exciting and comfortable for us.

I rang very last minute to get some help moving our two cats from Kent to lincoln and this company couldn’t have been more helpful or accomodating. They were able to help but also stayed in contact the whole time so I knew my cats were in good hands

Zac is wonderful. He responded quickly to every email (and we sent a lot of emails as we tried to coordinate our lives on a continent we don't know), advised us on train travel & schedules, happily made an emergency stop when we realized that we did not have a muzzle (required to traveling in the chunnel, but never actually needed on our trip), and could not possibly have been more helpful or friendlier.

Fantastic Service! From the second Zac collected myself and my dog from the airport in Paris, he made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Super friendly but most importantly efficient and helped us cross the boarder to the UK with no complications. Arrived to our destination way ahead of time with a happy and relaxed dog & owner.

I needed a pet taxi to transport me and my Boston Terrier Tessie from Southampton England to Lyons France. Zac was incredibly helpful in answering my questions leading up to the ride, and was a pleasure to spend 14 hours in the car with. When we originally searched for a driver and requested quotes, we were unsure of Luxurious Pet Move Abroad due to the cost being so much lower than other quotes received, but in the end it was legit. Zac was quick to respond to all of our questions as we figured out the health certificate process and general logistics of our trip. He arrived at my hotel promptly at 6AM and our journey began. He navigated us through pet reception at the Eurotunnel and we continued on to Lyon, arriving late in the afternoon on the same day. Zac was a great conversationalist and we chatted about everything along the way. I highly recommend Luxurious Pet Move Abroad.

I flew from Turkey to Brussels and was picked up from Brussels Airport for a smooth and pleasant journey to Folkestone. As it was my first time taking such a trip, I was extremely nervous. But the moment I met Zac, I immediately felt at ease. He is incredibly professional, calm, and knows exactly what he's doing. He guided me through everything and took care of all the procedures—I barely had to lift a finger.

What a great service, I was a bit nervous about the entire process of flying and travelling with a dog. I was met at the airport and and we quickly got on our way. The driver made sure my dog and I were comfortable and when we stopped at a services to let the dog have a walk he got me a coffee and breakfast as I had no local currency.Every step of the journey was a pleasant surprise at how smoothly it went. Absolutely great service.

It is a best experience. This is a second time I go with him. He helped me a lot with everything even help me review my paper. If you come for the first time, I really recommend as he will reduce a lot of your headaches and stress.

My daughter has traveled from Cyprus, via Brussels, alone with her dog and I will not hesitate to use the same service again.

We travelled from Amsterdam to london with our pet Zola. Zac was very efficient and hands on throughout our journey from Amsterdam to London. He was very Helpful and personally assisted us at the pet terminal and immigration counters as well. He totally ensured that we have a very comfortable and pleasant ride. We travelled from Egypt via Brussels and Calais to the UK with our Cat, and could not recommend Zac highly enough.
After problems with the Animal Health Certificate at the pet centre in Calais, he went above and beyond his call of duty to help us resolve the problem.

Zac was amazing he help me with very aspect of travel with my wife cats as it was my first time travelling with pets. The service was above and beyond. I was travelling from Morocco to France then on to the uk. Had an issue at the pet office zac resolved the issues quickly and swiftly.
