I sold a watch to Luxury Bazaar. From the first interaction with Adrian I felt comfortable and confident. Professional all the way. Communication was top notch. Watch and money was transferred as agreed. Highly recommend LB for customers who wants to buy and sell a watch through a professional and dedicated company.

Got a Tudor from them off of Chrono24. The watch got out to me pretty quick within the US. Had no issues with the quality. I'd buy from them again

Luxury Bazaar is my Favorite place to buy watches. In the recent past, I have purchased around 10 watches thru the Sales Manager, Ana Tenenbaum. She is the absolute Best at procuring Impossible to find watches. Ana is also extremely knowledgeable & genuinely cares abt her clients. She so has a very good eye & excellent taste. I am a collector w/over 100 watches & have dealt w/many dealers & people in the business. Ana is by far the best Sales Manager I have come across in the past 20yrs. Ana always promptly returns messages on multiple platforms. She has always kept to her word 100%, which is rare nowadays. I would hiiiighly recommend Ana Tenenbaum to assist u in ur next purchase; or, perhaps even a sale. Also, I must add Luxury Bazaar is pioneered & led by Roman Sharf, a walking Watch Encyclopedia. He makes Certain their inventory is Always interesting & amazing. Also, Roman & I both love AP the most of all. Trust me, seek out Ana Tenenbaum w/Luxury Bazaar for your next watch. my mom ordered some soft shoes in the size that she wears (mind you there is nothing that says the size may be smaller) when the package arrived she tried on the shoe it was too small she sent an email stating the issue, no response for a week. then I sent an email they responded to me with they need pictures so I sent them they said since the shoe was the right size they wouldn't exchange for a bigger size but would give a 10% refund...really $4.99

I know questions have been raised about Gray Market retailers like Luxury Bazaar, but if my experience is any guide, any worries, at least about this company, are entirely misplaced.

I just purchased a fine Breguet watch from one of their sales associates, Ana Tenenbaum, and she was courteous, efficient, extremely professional, and generous to a fault. Not only did she give me a price break, but she shipped fast, via FedEx at no charge, with a nice personal note; then, when I discovered the watch was the wrong size, she issued a return label, again at no charge.

All in all, an experience that could not have been more pleasant, and more painless. I can't recommend her highly enough.
