I reached out to Kevin B. after seeing a watch that caught my attention on his Instagram, the Batgirl. Talk about above and beyond. I could tell he was driving home from work and he worked with me to complete the purchase. A few hiccups arose, overcame a banking issue and came up with a solution. Great guy, great personality and I’m loving my new Batgirl. Thanks Kevin.

I wanted to buy a watch, and not have to speak to anybody on the phone. I know this is an odd request given that the company is very front facing on youtube, insta, etc....but Alex and LB as a whole made this experience amazing for me as a first time watch buyer by me only having to msg Alex through instagram. thank you again and I will see you again soon for my 2nd watch

When buying a preowned fine Timepiece the single most important factor is sincerity and authenticity. Combine that with selection and I am describing Luxury Bazaar and their representatives. I trust their product to be authentic and as described. My service is professional, always pleasant and enjoyable. I trust their inventory and what they represent as authentic without question and they support their sales and their product after the sale is complete.

I have now bought and sold a watch with Luxury Bazaar and the experience has been great in both scenarios. I dealt with Chris who was very responsive and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. The watch arrived on time and in the condition that was described. Will def buy another watch from Chris in the future.

I worked with Marco to sell my watch. He was responsive and kept me updated whenever I asked for the status of the sale. Once the watch was sold, I received the money I was promised the next day. No issues, no fuss, would do business with them again. I can't speak about any of the other individuals working at Luxury Bazaar as I only dealt with Marco, but if they are anything like Marco, then you will be in good hands.

Terrible customer service.I didn’t order something and they were of no help filing a claim for me with carrier or my financial institution.Buy from someone else!funny i researched the order and the order was done online and not over the phone so where was verification?Your lying and haven't been helpful.

I have used luxury bazaar several times now for selling and buying. There were small issues on two deals but quickly and easily resolved.
