I was searching for a Rolex 40mm Yachtmaster. Discussed several alternatives with Alex, who ultimately located a brand new one for me. Procured it, sent photo's, answered all my questions, and then shipped it FEDEX. Arrived complete with all box and papers. Very easy to deal with and very responsive. I have had Adrian from LB sell about 4 of my watches already this year alone. I have also referred him to family and friends, who have bought and sold to him. Always responds and is always fair with his quotes. In July 2021, I did send him a watch on consignment and he was able to get my DJ 41 sold for more than the buy price. I know there are other dealers/youtubers out there, but every time I have dealt with Adrian, it has always been a fair, painless and easy transaction: he sends me an overnight label, and I get a wire within 1 business days after he receives the watch. What more can you ask for? In 11/2020, I shipped him 2 watches on a Monday, and on Wednesday, I had the payment and a very hard to source watch for under retail in time for my wife's bday, which he shipped priority AM as we were leaving town by lunch. These guys have been around for a long time. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.

Related to known scammers. Roman, Alex and Nick are always very helpfull in answering questions, but their connection with The timepiece Gentleman and their Charity Scam brings to question alot of Romans projects. Better not to do business with known scammers or associates of known scammers.

what started badly ended extremely well. couldn't source the original, shipped a more expensive Rolex in its place, ate the cost-shipping both ways. 40mm was too big for my daughter, so refunded the entire $$ the day they got it back. Will definitely do biz with these guys again. They back up what they say, fix it if its out of their control Good people

I ordered a diamond necklace for $746 on April 11 but was shipped a different one. I returned it and was eventually told that they had shown the wrong picture on their web-site by mistake, and that the actual necklace I wanted to buy does not exist. I cancelled the order but after five weeks, I'm still waiting for them to credit my Mastercard for the $746. When I call or e-mail, they're (Alex or Nick) always polite but never follow through or do what they tell you they will. I've purchased from them before with no problem but this experience will make me hesitate from dealing with them again.

I follow this guys on YouTube and i decided it to buy a watch from them (for my wife). It was a cheaper watch but she loved it and she is not even to watches like me. I have few nice pieces and love how amazing stuff this guys have. What a fast shipping and customer service. Amazing!!! I will buy more watches from them and lets not forget the pricing, great! I hate to post a negative review. I inquired with an email and phone number 5 days ago on a Patek that I wanted to buy. I just wanted to confirm it was in stock. Finally the response came "it has to be ordered with our distributors". Also they quoted a price that is $7k higher than currently on the website? Seems deceitful/dishonest to me.

Seen some beautiful jewellery but unsure of this website seems to good to be true...Wondering if this is part of the old BIDZ website .Seems to have similar jewellery and layouts
