Same experience as everyone else -- ordered the pillow in February, then given the run around by email once and then the store disappeared. Complete scam!!!

Wish I could give negative stars. This must be a fake company. Your inquiries are met by AI responses of 'will look into it" etc. They took $200 from my visa immediately and stopped responding to my emails after 15 or so back and forth. Can't believe that Facebook can't catch this assholes. From now one I will check Trust Pilot before I buy anything online.

I had 2 Virtual assistants that worked for me out of the Philippines and it was decent, just not as consistent as now using the Pro plan while also using that to find other stuff. Overall pretty satisfied 3 months in.

I also received a tracking number stating item delivered but to Québec while I live in Ontario. No response from company . Notified Shop also but no reply yet .
Next step to go to my credit card.
Scammed.
Update April 5 2026. My credit card refunded entire amount. No communication with shop who I purchased through. not impressed

Placed an order, received an email saying it was delivered. The item was never received and customer service has never replied. Do not trust this site. $65 USD lesson learned and is why I trust Amazon instead of direct sales which is a shame to legit small companies

Scammed like everyone else. Pillows never arrived. Canada post said it was an address error and they couldn’t help. Directed me to speak with the merchant. Merchant’s website has disappeared and they are not responding to emails. Then I read all these reviews about it being a scam! I’m not getting the pillows lol. Visa is reimbursing for now while they try to reach the vendor.

Well, I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed 😬. I ordered on February 26, 2026 and have not received any communication since then. I sent an email yesterday which bounced back, and when I clicked on the link from the SHOP app, the store seems to have disappeared. Damn. Reminder to do your homework before ordering online.

I ordered a luxury pillow on march 6th ,received an email with an order number,but they keep giving me the runaround about it,this is a real scam.

Ordered my pillows Feb 11, 2026 2-3 day delivery. Never received No response to my emails. now the website is no longer working... TOTAL SCAM!!!1

Like so many others. SCAM I fell for the marketing and order. Quickly a Canada Post tracking number for delivery. Delivery showed it was delivered to another city. Email inquiry ignored, no other means to contact. Currently in the process of disputing the charge on my credit card. These crooks need to be arrested!

I placed an order on February 9 for two pillows. The tracking information showed out for delivery a few days later and then showed delivered to an address in Ontario when we are in a completely different province. I have gotten no response to my inquiries and messages - do not buy from this company.

I submitted an order and noticed a tracking number was not supplied after 24 hrs. I sent an email to the address supplied and the email was returned…failure to send. I tried a few more times and switched the domain, this was also unsuccessful. Finally I called visa and disputed the charges. The purchase was made through the Shop app. I tried to find a way to contact this app and I couldn’t.

Scam. Purchase 2 pillow Feb 21, 2026. Said shipping Canada Post. Never received. I kicked on the link to track order it did appear but after I emailed to get an update on shipping the link disappeared. No longer able to see my order.

I agree with other Reviewers that LuxuryDream Co appears to be a SCAM. I ordered a pillow on Feb 6, 2026. Item still not received as of March 4 2026. Canada Post tracking indicates item delivered to another city here in Ontario on Feb 16. After a couple of prompt replies to my initial emails that they would look into it, LuxuryDream's customer service is no longer replying. As others have done, I've also contacted my credit card company.

Great customer service and fantastic products. The website is easy to navigate and secure. Truly impressed.
