I cannot recommend Daniel Curley who heads Luxury Property Maintenance enough! As a Senior Property Manager, I’ve worked with many contractors, but Dan stands out as one of the nicest and most efficient professionals I’ve ever met.
Him and his team handle all plumbing and heating issues for our managed properties with exceptional skill and speed, ensuring everything is resolved to the highest standard. Dan’s customer service is unmatched—he’s always approachable, helpful, and goes the extra mile to make the process smooth and stress-free for everyone involved. Our tenants love him for that very reason too.

Honest, Reliable and Cost Efficient
Having worked with Dan and the team for a considerable time now, I can honestly say that the team at luxury property maintenance are honest, reliable and truly have proved themselves to be masters of their craft. It’s hard to express how this company has made the burden of property management easier, but with their quick response times and detailed reports have assisted us through the hardest of situations to resolve.
