I bought a ring from Luxus last year. It arrived, drop shipped from China via Singapore, based on the customs information. Packaging was a bit light, and there was no insurance or anything like that, but it seemed fine.

The stones looked great, and the ring seemed ok. It was allegedly platinum plated silver. Recently, it developed a problem, and I took it to a local jeweler, who said that it was not platinum, and the silver was low quality and was cracking in many places, which I could see myself under a loupe.

There is no warranty offered by Luxus, which is disappointing. I would not buy from them again. Hopefully I can get the stones set into a proper setting locally.

Nice customer service along with free shipping and free returns. I really like dealing with these people. I was almost worried at first with how low the prices are but the moissanite is spectacular in quality.

I bought a ring advertised as platinum plated, but when I took it to the jeweler for resizing I was told it was a silver ring. I wrote a review for their website which never got published. Shipping took over a month and tracking was a nightmare.

My name is Shawn from Canada, and I bought a ring from these guys, and I wished I hadn't. Firstly, they are not from the go ol USA or Canada like they claim and in fact, they are from China. Secondly, I had to wait a long time for my ring to arrive (like a month) and I had to call the bank to have them reverse the credit card charges as this company would not respond to any of my inquiries as to why this all was taking so long. When I filed the chargeback, that is the only time they (this company) contacted me. 3rdly, my ring was held up at customs for a while (like a week) and while that not the company's fault, they said that they would send me some 1 carat diamond earrings for my troubles and low and behold, they never showed up and nor did they send them, and they will not reply to me anymore. All in all, the quality seems alright (decent looking stone), and the ring came with a GRA certificate which was nice but.... the ring was much smaller than it looked on their website: beware, DO NOT buy a ring or earrings from these guys at full price as they overinflate their values considerably; the ring I purchased was nowhere near the $2100.00 they say it's worth and it looks more like a lady's diamond solitaire over a man's ring (thank the good lord I got mine on a super sale). All in all, you would be better off buying your rings/earrings from a local seller and avoid buying from these guys as their customer service is crappy and they don't get back to you with or for anything unless they have to (like a chargeback). In the end, I got my ring, and they got paid (told the bank we finally got the ring) but if I had to do it all over again, I would have gone somewhere else. To know that these folks said that they would be sending me out some earrings and then lied about it by way of NOT sending them out has me questioning if the GRA certificate is authentic, or just something they print off at their facility. Lastly, if you go to their website and leave a less than decent review, they will not publish it on their site and they will make it disappear so, in other words, if the review is not what they want you to see, no one else will see it either and that's not right or fair to the consumer. I will not and will never buy anything from these guys again so be warned folks, you will be taking your chances and truly, you would be better off avoiding these guys and just purchase from a reputable jeweler in your area. I was going to return the ring, but they won't even respond, so there is just another thing going against these guys because they DO NOT stand by their products like they say they do, and it is for that reason, amongst the others forementioned above, I am giving these guys a big thumbs down, waaaayyyy down. I purchased beautiful rings from Luxus Moissante not knowing that I was in for a medical misadventure. The team at Luxus Moissanite were totally understanding and refunded me in full for the rings, they showed empathy and were totally supportive of me through my whole journey. Their customer service was first class and would throughly recommend them without any hesitation and their rings are beautiful I will certainly be back in future. Was skeptical at first due to how good the prices were but they've been great so far. One item was slightly damaged and the sent a whole new one for free!
