Booking was easy, drivers were on time and courteous, vehicles were clean and comfortable

was cUGHT IN A BIND WITH SUPER SHUTTLE ABRUPTLY DISCONTINUIYNG THEIR CONFIRMNED ORDERS had to find last minute from my overseas location a transporter to return me from Lax to San Pedro. Most efficent semd Lusky from their web page though a bit pricey at $153 w/o tip to driver. Mix up occurred in origina lcommo as the alliances ofLuthanza and United Airline flight numbers confused exact termional arrival location so driver was at United terminal instead of the Lufthanza so upon arival the driver was not present for 1-1/2 hours was in frenzy for i had no cell phone or numbers to call had to jsut wait and hope on discretion of Lusky. Thankfully driver eventually arrived at Bradley international terminal B though i had to guess who the transporter would be for my name plack was not isible i happen to guess being late a young man arrived and happened to get lucky and see my name in his luggage carrierhe had brought so all went well afterard. The transport vehicle was comkfortable a modern rv sedan with ampole leg room to accomodate my handicapp situation , driver was very supportive and apologetic for the error of earlier commo, wa also very helpful when returning to my home to help carry my luggage to front door , which made the overall experience ok. Have to admit received much better support from the German Lufthanza staff in Germany (Munich) and (Ukraine) than i did in LAX staff, flight attendants all very gracious though found upon return hom LAX personnel includingcustomsprocessing rather abrupt, rough and not real friendly comapred to what i had received overseas.

Manny was a great driver! Communication was easy, pick up was perfectly timed and his knowledge of New York City was unbelievable, it saved us lots of time getting home in some pretty bad rush hour traffic. I highly recommend Manny and will request him every trip!

Efficient, polite, very nice vehicle

Driver was 45 minutes late picking us up at Newark airport and made us meet him at another location besides the customer pick up so we had to drag our stuff up the escalator to find him. He said the road was closed but I asked the police and they said that was not true, plus we had watched many cars come and go while we were waiting for him. Jamal said he was brand new to the company but had been driving for 8 years. He was completely unfamiliar with driving to Connecticut and had his phone GPS in his right hand the whole way, driving with only one hand and very slow (which we were grateful for). We have used Onewaylimo.com for years and have never had a bad experience until now. Not sure why you would send us a driver from Jamaica, New York to take us all the way to Monroe, CT in the middle of the night! Not sure if I would use you guys again, miss my Onewaylimo and the great prices too - was a good find while it lasted.

Good communication from the company and the drivers. Showed up on time in a clean car. Drivers were helpful, pleasant and professional. Great value when you consider the mileage and cost of parking it’s pretty much a break even and you don’t have to drive. Our go to for trips out of the NY airports!

Our driver was on time, courteous and pleasant. Our 2.5 hour ride past quickly and was without incident.

Prices went waay up but I still booked because I liked the prior drivers I have had. I booked again to take me to the Liver Transplant Center in Orlando for my 6th month appt. The day of the appt. I was violently ill so called immediately. It was mid morning and my pick up was for 11:30 with a return trip at 3:15pm. Unfortunately, I didn't write down the exact time that I called so it got logged in at 11:07 when the cancellation email was sent. The driver had already called me and he hadn't been told that the trip was cancelled so I gave him the information before he left for my initial pick up. Days later I called to see what type of refund I would be receiving and was told zero. Said I didn't call until 11:07 (the time they sent their email). Even if you buy their timeline, no gas was used, no driver time, no wear and tear on the vehicle and no reason for other fees and tips. Now I have to find another company for these appts.
