We were recommended to Lee by our vendor’s agent who had actually seen Lee in action when surveying for the purchases of his own house. So a real recommendation which we we felt assured taking. Lee has indeed been speedy to respond, able to try and get out asap, great verbal feedback and even managed to get the very full written doc over well within his time quoted. Definitely a name to stick in the contacts file for future - and would recommend to friends, family, school playground friends etc etc, thanks Lee - first class all round.

Thorough, Professional and Highly Recommended
I recently used LVB Surveying for a Level 3 Building Survey on a property purchase and was extremely impressed with the service provided.

Smooth process and an excellent, detailed survey
We used LVB Surveying for a property we were in the process of buying and the service was excellent from start to finish. The whole process was efficient, communication was very clear, and the survey itself was thorough and easy to understand.
A real bonus was the unexpected aerial footage that was included. It was genuinely impressive and gave us clear visibility of the roof, chimneys, gutters and overall condition, which was incredibly reassuring.
We are extremely happy with the service and would not blink to recommend LVB Surveying to anyone buying a property.

Lee was amazing
Lee was amazing! We are first time buyers and don't have that much idea of what we needed to be asking for etc. We ended up going with a level 2 survey and Lee came back to us instantly with a competitive quote and did the survey two days later, we had a summary phone call after and then within a week had our full report! Highly recommend and will use again.

Excellent service for a RICS Survey…
Excellent service for a RICS Survey Level 2, which I'd highly recommend. Very professional, Justin was easy to speak with on the phone and he found space in his diary in no time, collected keys from estate agents, kept me informed, gave me a call right after the visit and then prepared a really comprehensive report in a couple of days.

Amazing service!
A great service! This was my first home purchase and buying a very dated Victorian terrace. Lee was great at providing detailed report and highlighted all key work required. Lee was also responsive when I had a couple of quick questions over a phone call. I would highly recommend Lee and the team!
