Your own team replied you've stopped shipping parcels to the US due to the same regulation restrictions. This has been going on for at least 5-6 months, not a few days.
I don't understand the need for dishonesty. If what you're saying is true, I should've received a shipment notification first since my order was placed well before you received another returned parcel. Not getting any sort of updates or customer service support for 8 days until I posted my experience on Trustpilot says something.
* Update: I received a cancelation notice 8 days after completing my payment. There is zero warning on the website that they have stopped shipping to the US as of Aug-2025. I find it extremely frustrating that they still let you go through with the order, make payment, and then notify the customer more than a week later that the order's been cancelled. The new import regulations took effect more than 8 months ago. Post up a notice somewhere and block the system for US deliveries.
Placed an order 6 days ago. The website states orders ship within 1-2 days after payment but I still haven't received any updates or shipment notification. I tried reaching out to customer service 3 days ago, no response. I don't mind delays as long as I'm informed, but being unreachable is unacceptable.

I placed two separate orders (two products) on same day which meant I paid post and packaging twice. Someone in Lyme spotted this, refunded post for second order and both products were sent together. Very impressed with this.
Ordered several times and payment via card was ok. But right now something super weird happened.
They ask you for the card data (i have Revolut) and after enetring the data and pressing the ok, i have message in-app and sms from Revolut that my card is in the process of being added to Google Pay. Sic! I have Apple devices. “Here is your code to finish setup Google Pay. Don't tell anyone this code”. And on the limeherbs site there is form to enter my 6-digits code. Guys in limeherb, what is going on? I assume I need to terminate my card I entered on their website. Since they know now my number, expiration date and ccv. I would like to hear some explanation from limeherbs.

True quality. Reasonable prices. On time delivery. Lymeherbs.eu is essential for people healing from tick-borne diseases and other health issues. I have ordered many times, always great service.
The tinctures are of good quality; the choice is remarkable and Im glad that can get cryptolepis from you. However, the Fedex experience is not great and they are unreachable on phone. Confusing and poor tracking system, no alerts etc. Will choose another transport provider next time (not Fedex).
Commande jamais livrée, non-respect de la législation européenne par Lyme Herbs
Je souhaite alerter les consommateurs concernant notre expérience avec Lyme Herbs.
Notre commande, passée il y a près de quatre semaines n’a jamais été livrée. Malgré de nombreuses relances et la preuve apportée par leur transporteur (UPS) qu’une anomalie dans le code postal indépendante de notre volonté, le colis n'a pu être livré voir perdu, Lyme Herbs contourne le fait de procéder au remboursement légalement obligatoire, voir il ne réponds plus.
Nous avons du acheter les produits auprès d’un autre fournisseur en urgence, car il s'agit de produits spécifiques de santé, Lyme herbs semble ne pas pour antant s'y inquiéter. Cette attitude est en totale violation de l’article 18 de la Directive européenne 2011/83/UE, qui impose au vendeur la responsabilité de la livraison jusqu’à remise effective au consommateur.
Il est particulièrement inquiétant qu’une entreprise vendant des produits de santé adopte un tel manque de professionnalisme, privilégiant son transporteur au détriment du consommateur et laissant planer un doute sur la protection effective de la santé et des droits de ses clients.
Nous avons dû confier ce dossier à nos **avocats internationaux, et Lyme Herbs fait désormais face à des actions légales transfrontalières.
Nous déconseillons fortement tout achat chez Lyme Herbs tant que cette entreprise ne respecte pas les obligations légales européennes et n’assume pas ses responsabilités envers ses clients.

Votre réponse ci dessous, est une **tentative grossière de détourner les faits** et **n’a aucune valeur juridique**.
1️⃣ **Le colis n’a jamais été livré au destinataire.** UPS a lui-même reconnu une anomalie dans le code postal, ce qui a empêché toute livraison effective. Malgré cela, vous êtes maintenu dans le préjudice du client..et êtes resté dans votre position illégale et nos avocats vous l'ont rappelé, mais vous n'en avez accordé aucun intérêt.
2️⃣ Conformément à l’article 18 de la Directive 2011/83/UE, le vendeur est pleinement responsable de la livraison jusqu’à la remise effective au client. Faire attendre près de deux mois sous prétexte d’une enquête interne relève d’un contournement manifeste de la loi, de surcroit quand votre transporteur en apporte la preuve.
3️⃣ Le consommateur n’a aucune relation contractuelle avec votre transporteur UPS. Vos tentatives de transférer votre responsabilité légale sur le client sont **abusives et illégales** et vous ne pouvez l'ignorer .
4️⃣ Si ce dossier a été clôturé, c’est uniquement sous la pression juridique, e de nos avocats et certainement pas grâce à votre professionnalisme qui en vérité n'existe pas! . La lenteur et le mépris des lois dont vous avez fait preuve tout au long de ce dossier sont indignes d’un commerçant européen. Aucune entreprise sérieuse et professionnelle ne procède de la sorte.
5️⃣ Le plus grave reste que vous vendez des produits de santé — secteur qui exige rigueur, transparence et diligence et respect du client. Que doit on en vérité après ces méthodes supposer de la qaulité , source, traçabilité de vos produits???? Votre comportement dans cette affaire est particulièrement préoccupant.
👉 Quoi que vous en disiez publiquement, la responsabilité légale vous incombe entièrement. Les consommateurs ont des droits. Les ignorer ou les contourner ne vous protégera pas de leurs recours.
l'image que vous tenté de montrer ici n'est qu'une imposture commerciale, les faits sont différents.

Be sure to read their website guidance about how long dispatch and international postage takes. Products arrive from Poland to UK often well within two weeks. Good experience.
I had ordered a product from their site and it was to be delivered by a Greek Courier service in 2 to 5 days.
The order was placed on the 9th of May. On the 12th it finally left the warehouse and started its travel. It visited every country between Poland and Greece and with several stops on the way. On the 15th it was in Slovenia, resting for a couple of days, so I wrote an email asking to see if there was anything Lymeherbs has to say about the parcel actually not arriving in the next day (5 working days plus a weekend from the date of order placement). I received a reply in my email on the 19th, telling me that they asked the Courier, and another reply on the 20th saying that the parcel left Romania (I already knew that because I could track the parcel).
There was never an email explaining why there was such a big delay, or even saying they are sorry for any reason at all...
