Lyn Tanks 

So much seems to have disappeared about this company since July 13th.
And now I have just noticed at the bottom of an email an address for Lyn Tanks at 420 SW 7th St, STE 1015 Miami Florida 33130.
I really did think it was a NZ company.
All online presence seems to have disappeared.
Sigh…..

Sizing is exceedingly small and when return requested, was offered 30% of cost or an exchange for which postage had to be paid. Had been under the impression that a full refund would be offered if not satisfied with the product. Disappointing.

My order has at last arrived from Hong Kong, they are too small, there is a hole in one of them. I want to return them but when I replied to their email, it bounced back. They have obviously closed their NZ website.
The advertising all made it sound like i was buying a premium product, but these look as though they are very cheaply made and available on Temu. How do I send them back or get a refund if I cannot email them?

Fast delivery, easy to deal with, and most of all how comfortable are these Tanks ❤️

Excellent service. The tanks I ordered were too small so I was offered more just for the price of postage . These were the biggest they make .
Unfortunately they do not support my bust , are unflattering and too cold to wear in winter. I now have five - I would like to return them and get my money back.

Received 3 tank tops today they are very small & not well made I ordered size L as recommended for cup size have tried to contact them about a return or refund but the email address just returns as not valid $99.90 gone from my bank guess I’ve been scammed

This is a scam do not buy from this site. I have paid $85 and have not received my goods. They do not respond to emails. Do not buy from Lyns tanks.

Ordered arrive quickly. Ordered xxl. I am Dd cup. The cup is very ill fitting A cup. I look like I'm popping out the top. Would be excellent with the right size cup. Unable to wear.

Looked like a NZ Company. I purchased 3 x Lyn's Tanks in size according to their size guide (XL - 16DD). XL Tanks arrived - not happy - they would fit a slim 12 year old. Contacted them by email and got a lovely reply from Linda - pay $15.00 postage and receive 3 x size XXXL - she would send a link for the postage. That was yesterday - now emails are bouncing back and website is no longer up! SCAM - feel so stupid - $99 gone.

Seems I have been scammed along with others.
Tank tops ordered were 2XL and what arrived would have been S at best. Trying to return them and email to info at lyn-tanks co nz has bounced and the website no longer exists.
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

A scam...taken my money and false tracking number. Website closed down and emails bounce. Beware

My order arrived with lots of prompts telling me it was on its way. Unfortunately the sizing was too small even though I chose a bigger size than usual.The Tanks were not the high standard shown on videos... I followed the prompts about complaints and how they were so happy to help !!!!and all the Lyn Tanks emails I sent bounced back as unable to connect.!!! Is this a scam so you cant get a refund or change the garments ? JL

Have been waiting for over a week after being given a tracking number but was never picked up according to the track trace. Now the webpage is closed & can't get hold of anybody. Is this a huge SCAM?!?!

Well firstly when my wife ordered it quickly turned into the purchase of three tanks not one. Fortunately we were able to cancel two and get refunds credited. Then the delays in delivery have been extensive. It finally arrived today, too small, shoddy finish and not as it is advertised. So tried emailing them to complain and find out return policy. Emails all bounced. I've blocked them via credit card company. A scam.

Waiting for my order which has apparently been shipped. Now the link to the shop goes nowhere, and the link to the shipping tracking goes nowhere. VERY DISSAPPOINTED

The sales and support team are exceptional! Timely feedback, and they obviously read all comments and respond immediately. Thank you Ysabelle and Linda.

I’m not that great at ordering online so missed the comments about the sizing. Saw when I ordered an extra tank top so made that size a L. Sent an email through the contact us bit. Got a reply in a couple of minutes and got the buy 2 get 1 free sizes changed to L. All this was just this morning 12 July.

Also liked that the order prices was clearly stated as being in NZDollars. Have gotten caught out with not really understanding what currency the purchase was quoted as. Fabulous service. 🙂 product looks great.

They live up to their advertised promises.

I am very happy that you honor your word and product. Many companies do not stand by theirs. You'd communication is very good and everyone that ihave emailed have been very helpful. Thankyou
