Lyn Tanks 

Ordered 2 Tanks same size - 1 was the right size the other was not. Company not prepared to give a full refund for the wrong size tank they sent - would replace it if I paid the shipping costs! Their mistake but not prepared to take responsibility for it. Offering a 50% refund on the wrong size tank "as a gesture of goodwill" Would never purchase from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

The helpful assistance when I ordered the wrong size and the clear communication I received around the process.

Poorly made not at all like the pictures and way too small …. Brought two sizes up and still too small. It took ages for them to get here …
You are dealing with AI not a real person they offered 30% refund …don’t waste your money ….Like I have

Update, have received the tanks and they are great.

I hadn't received a tracking number and emailed to ask for one. Within 20 minutes I had received an email back with tracking number and an update of where the package was in the process. Great service. Hope to receive my package soon.

Fast delivery and easy to order.

When I didn't get the sizing right the company made sure that I could reorder the right size and only had to cover postage for the replacement items.
However, buy a much larger size than you would expect - I had to go up three sizes larger to get comfort!

I bought 3 of these tank tops and will not be wearing them. They are the right size but don't give any shape and in summer would be way too hot

My tanks were a bit too small and the exchange and replacement process has been amazing.

My order was way too small. Was offered a free upgrade but had to pay freight. I wanted to send them back and get a refund, but they don’t do that!!!. I was offered a 30 percent refund but could keep the garments…yeah they are too small.
Turns out their advertising is quite misleading.
Product is sent from Hong Kong, refund is from Miami USA, making the claims on the website totally false.

Update: I requested and have received a 50% refund from the overseas company concerned with more recent reviewers advising there are ways to report possible scams and get funds back.
WARNING this is not a NZ company even though they stated they were when I questioned them in one of the numerous communications I had over delivery delays. The communications I received were just too perfectly scripted, another warning flag. As for the product itself- well raw edges which frayed after the first gentle wash, a difference in sizing between colours, the sizing was way out, and the inserts weren't stable. After voicing my concerns and wanting to return the faulty products for a refund - impossible because they are not based in NZ, they have offered a very slight refund or to send replacements with a cost to me for shipping. Looking further these tanks can be purchased on Temu at quarter of the price so a final insult to a bad online shopping experience.
