Level 4 Course experience with Emma
I attended a Level 4 course today at the clinic, and Emma was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, she explained everything thoroughly, including what to expect during the treatment, any discomfort or pain I might experience, and the results I could expect afterwards. She made me feel completely at ease throughout, and her professionalism and knowledge were outstanding. I would highly recommend Emma and the clinic to anyone considering treatment.

Amazing Training!

I've completed my Level 4 Laser…
I've completed my Level 4 Laser training with Lynton and more recently bought the Focus Dual machine and have always had a very positive experience from start to finish, including the delivery, training, support and communication.

Recently purchased a lynton dynamix device. I am very impressed with the machine and the service from lynton. Clinical training was fantastic and Becky the trainer was really knowledgeable and friendly. She had lots of great advice and you could tell she was very experienced.

I have purchased the lynton dynamix…
I have purchased the lynton dynamix machine nearly 18 months ago and it’s been the best choice I’ve ever made! Absolutely over the moon with my laser machine, the results I get are life changing for my clients, the training has been amazing, thank you so much to Becky who was so patient and caring with us girls, she explained everything in such detail, even after training she is always on hand with any question I have for her. Nothing is too much of a problem for her, we have further level 4 training coming up this year and I am very excited for my laser journey to continue! Thank you to everyone at Lynton and Becky 💙

Clinical trainer
Suki our clinical trainer was fantastic. So helpful and put us all at ease with her expertise and knowledge. Suki is also ready and willing to help and has provided me with so much support and information. She is a great trainer I would recommend her to anyone and everyone I know looking to do Laser.

Training and machine

Very poor customer service and loss of confidence
We have been customers of Lynton for around eight years, but our recent experience has been extremely disappointing.
We have had numerous issues with both laser and IPL machines, and the customer service response has been very poor. We have called the service helpdesk several times with no answer, left voicemails that were not returned, and emails can take up to a week to receive a response.
When you are running a clinical business and relying on equipment for patient appointments, this level of support is simply not acceptable. The service helpdesk appears to be seriously under-resourced, and the lack of timely communication has caused significant disruption.
After eight years as customers, we have sadly lost confidence in the company and its after-sales support.
