Lyons Bowe Solicitors - Shepton Mallet Avaliações

Our experience with Lyons Bowe was extremely stressful and disappointing as first time buyers. The whole process felt completely standardised, receiving more templated letters and emails than actual human interaction.

Whenever we did request contact from our solicitor we would have to wait for a significant amount of time before receiving a response via email only (at times regarding urgent matters). We could not once get hold of our solicitor on the phone, and were convinced that their direct dial went straight to voicemail regardless of whether they were in the office or not. At times we would attempt to call through reception (to no avail) and more times than not the telephone manner of the receptionist would be absolutely atrocious, and you were left feeling like you were a huge inconvenience for even calling.

Our solicitor would completely forget about the advice that they had already given us, and told us that we would need to take out an indemnity policy when they had already done this for us weeks ago. Granted our sellers solicitor’s were very slow, however there was no effort to chase this and it felt like our solicitor was happy to let things sit to the benefit of their other case load - even when we had tight deadlines to work towards with our ongoing tenancy agreement.

The only time we were actually able to speak to someone on the phone was when we reached the exchange and completion team. Lottie was absolutely brilliant, but has now left the company.

We used Lyons Bowe for the sale of our property and the purchaee of the next and from start to finish, these guys were fantastic! Even with all the pestering from my end (sorry guys!), they were happy to help every step of the way and we managed to complete on both sides in 3 months! Outstanding customer service and a special thank you too Madeline, Aansa, Elle and Abi for all you have done for us, you are all awesome!

The Martins

Lyons and Bowe handled both the selling and buying of my property in Bristol, very professionally. I especially appreciated Katarina Donovan and then Jenna Parr and those working with here on the exchange and completion team.

Thank you Lyons Bowe for your help through an emotional and challenging time with my house move. Particular thanks to Mercy Mulaudzi for her patience and guidance!

We used Lyons Bowe to sell our property and purchase our new home. Everyone on the team were friendly and professional, helping us with all our queries what ever they were. Easy to contact with plenty of information on the progress of the sale and purchase of the properties. Highly recommend them.

I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone needing legal advice

Lyons Bowe have been absolutely fantastic. They handled both our property sale and purchase conveyancing. Let's be honest, it's not an easy process, but thanks to these conveyancers they've made it as straight forward and easy to navigate as possible. I've always been able to get someone on the phone the explain things in simple, plain-english, and they've always been responsive to requests from all parties. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and would even recommend them to my mum.

Megan and her colleagues were always very helpful, responsive to queries and made the process as easy as they could.

I would not recommend or advise anyone to use this company. The the start of my property sail was April. 8th. And 16weeks later. Nothing has changed. We are still stuck at the beginning. The legal team. I was assigned. Is completely useless. Again this company. Is a waste of time

I cannot thank Lauren, Rhiannon and the team enough for their patience and support with drafting my will; what should have taken weeks took over 8 months due to my personal circumstances and they shown real customer service throughout by allowing me to complete the tasks in my own time, with appropriate reminders and check ins to ensure everything was okay and that the task was not forgotten about. This was a free service and they still represented themselves successfully and a real credit to the organisation. I would not hesitate to recommend the solicitors and will ensure for any future legal matters I will contact them again; only this time making sure I offer a reasonable response time!

Received great service from start to finish and have been able to get all information and questions answered to me very fast. 100% would recommend
