Great live chat support from Kimberley…
Great live chat support from Kimberley responsive and efficient. Dealt with my request for a repeat prescription within in a few minutes with no issue whatsoever.
I have been really impressed with Lyphe clinic and dispensary in the last 6 months things have really improved and has become such smooth process for both appointments and repeat prescription.

Jazmin was kind, thoughtful and sensitive. She listened really well and was very helpful. She answered my questions fully and explained everything to me. I then had a phone call from Claire who went through a questionnaire with me. She was also very helpful, explained things fully to me and was kind and thoughtful. What more could you ask for?

Great before, will see if there's better
Were great and helpful before, and I used to recommend them all the time. Over the last few months it has become more difficult and expensive. Debating moving to others but hope they go back to being good. Had a nice CS member help me but they were also struggling with the way lyphe has changed.

Very poor service experience
I joined Lyphe as a patient in March 25, I didn’t get my first consultation for a month and over a month later after that I am still waiting for my first prescription.
I feel scammed.
I don’t think they can be trusted.
