Terrible company ! Delivered to wrong address and have been worse than useless in helping

They labeled the package delivered without even showing up

Tracking updates do not include exact location where the scan took place. Package is stuck at same location for over 60 days. 4px’s email listed on their website is not functional, and therefore I cannot inquire about the exact location of my package.

Scam company... your parcel disappears by magic, impossible to get in touch with them

No notification to say parcel was on way. Parcel was left outside front door in the rain and in a puddle. Our front garden floods, the Parcel wasnt even left on the slab outside the door or on a chair which we have in the garden. By the time we noticed the box, the next day (as no delivered notification) the box was soaked through so much that when I picked it up it fell appart. First time ive heard of 4px, I hope they dont deliver to us again!!!

Miserable service. My parcel tracking has not been updated for 16 days. I ordered five parcels the same day and have received all of them from ZTO—except the one to be delivered by 4px.

One could strap the parcel to a bicycle and pedal it to my location in 16 days. Not an exaggeration!!

Outright scam, tracking only updated for a single day before weeks later changing status to "trajectory stalled", tried emailing them at the email written on their website, and you get a reply saying the email address doesn't exist.

no way to contact them works, parcel says measured and has for 21 days pretty sure its a scam
