Goldenbet – Withdrawal not paid (1060 €)

I requested two withdrawals (410 € and 650 €), which were marked as sent on 31/03/2026.

My bank (Raiffeisenbank, Czech Republic) confirmed that no incoming or returned transfers exist.

Goldenbet refuses to provide MT103 / SWIFT confirmation and keeps sending the same generic responses without solving the issue.

This is very concerning. Funds have not been received.

I requested a verified withdrawal of £25,891.40 on 25 October 2025, and my account was fully verified with ID and card proof. GoldenBet has refused to pay my winnings or give a valid reason, only sending automated emails about “verification” and “promo codes.”

This situation has caused serious mental stress — for two days I’ve felt genuinely affected, anxious, and unable to sleep. I’ve now reported this case to Curaçao eGaming, Action Fraud UK, and my GMB Union for legal assistance.

I will not stop until I receive my full balance, whatever it costs me, because this is about fairness and principle.
