I trusted this platform and played regularly, losing a significant amount of money over time. On 21/05/2026 at 15:43, while playing Fire Crown, I entered a bonus feature and suddenly lost connection. After reopening the game, the bonus disappeared and no winnings were credited.

UPDATE: This is a misleading public response. Melbet claims they provided a 'solution,' but their so-called solution is to withhold my 5,000 THB deposit by using a fake 'Responsible Gaming' excuse right after I provided my legal Thai ID.
