Easy purchase.
Problems with delivery. Am waiting 8 days now. 5 of them are “work” days. Only one update on day one on tracking app.
However in fairness. I contacted them and Jennifer has been great in working to figure out the issue. So while I don’t have it yet. I am happy because they were very proactive in dealing with my problem. So thanks Jennifer.

Chose an image off the web, a social media post of an area i'd recently moved away from. While it looked good on the monitor i was advised that it was not suitable for printing due to poor quality especially for the size i'd ordered, i also did not have the original. That was abandoned and i then submitted two images i'd taken myself, one with a digital camera and one by phone hoping the better of the two would be suitable to print. T o my surprise M2M Prints did both of them, charging for the original size print only, They were delivered just over a week - would've been sooner had i provided an image of better quality in the first place. I'll be using them again both for prints of images i've taken and those available in store. First class service received.

Have been looking at this company for a while for potential purchase and decided to take the plunge. Ordered a canvas for my sister as a Xmas present. Delivery was quick and although I wasn't in to collect I had the option for redelivery which was great and convenient for me
Will definitely purchase again. A great range although I would like to see outer space pictures, planets, milkyway as I know a few people who are into that sort of thing

Ordered 2 prints, one large and one extra large.
I absolutely adore them both..
They have brought life to 2 bare walls.

The picture itself is beautiful but the canvas frame was snapped when it arrived, this causes the canvas to look loose on the one side. It looks as though it was faulty before it was in transit to us and there was no damage at all to the outer packaging. It is holding for now but we will have to try to fix it ourselves if this gets worse. I would suggest better quality checks before the items leave the warehouse.

UPDATE - Ryan from the customer service team was extremely helpful and sent out a replacement canvas straight away. Perfect customer service from him and I would happily order again. Thank you!

Unfortunately I was sent the wrong sized canvas print from what I ordered. However, they have been most helpful in getting the problem fixed and I’m now awaiting the correct one to arrive and a courier to collect the returning one.

The parcel came quickly and well packed for protection when opened the print look gorgeous well pleased and when hung on wall look brilliant well satisfied highly recommend as this was my second purchase of a print as I purchased a print earlier in the year
