American buyer here btw. I had a good experience! The communication was good and timely. Although they ship from offshore the shipping was faster than the estimated delivery date which I loved! Super cool watches!

I’m very happy with watch I received. It was packaged securely and no outside damage. The watch is very trendy and fits perfectly. The cost was extremely reasonable. Delivery was somewhat long because of being shipped from China but never the less it did arrive.

The watch is good looking but the band is too small. I have a 7.5 inch wrist. I asked for a longer band and received a quick response saying they would send an invoice for $45 to send me a longer band. I then asked for 7 days where is the email with no response. Finally I kept calling and texting to receive a text that said we can’t get you a longer band. It’s unfortunate because I can’t wear the watch and waited for over a week to hear no. Hopefully future models like this have an option of 2 different band sizes.

Avoid this company at all costs.

My order arrived damaged, and I was initially told that a replacement watch would be sent along with updated tracking details. After that, they completely disappeared and stopped responding to my emails.

It was only after I opened a case through Shopify that they suddenly decided to reply again.

The customer service throughout has been terrible, rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. They even made inappropriate jokes about my surname, which I found highly disrespectful.

Overall, this has been a shocking experience from start to finish. Poor-quality product, terrible communication, and appalling customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

The ordering, shipping and delivery was great. Even better the products. I'm an experienced watch collector and what MACHER sent me was superb quality and style. Given the attractive price-value ratio, I can 100% recommend this company.

Very pretty watch with beautiful craftsmanship and reliable mechanism, really enthusiastic about this model to the point that I'm considering getting the orange version. Also note a quality rubber bracelet. I highly recommend this item. A quality shipment in a cardboard box with all the brand packaging. Excellent communication with the website, truly remarkable in customer follow-up, deserves 5 stars out of 5! So I recommend both the watch and the macherwatches for their rare quality. 👍
