And the icing over the cake I had a friendly conversation with one of their associate her name is Maggie about the future of my company after I sold itand after the call she charged my card $2000 without my consent or authorization

Machinio made it happen…we have been using the site for years as Buyers but this is the first time we tried the site as a Seller. Very very unfortunate that they get you to sign up with them by saying it’s a month to month service and then come to find out in the fine print it’s a year long contract. Make sure you get everything via email so the salesman that pushes this on you doesn’t change the terms on you. Read everything before you sign. Also, I wouldn’t use this company because none of their staff knows if they can do an inventory feed. I wasted a lot of time and money only to get everything built and find out they can’t do a simple inventory feed from my software provider. Don’t let the low price fool you. It’s cheap for a reason.

We purchased a used MAJA ESM 4550 for our meat processing facility in Canada. The platform made it easy to find the equipment we were looking for, and the listing accurately represented the machine.

He kept us informed at every step, answered all of our questions quickly, provided photos and videos of the machine in operation, and ensured everything was ready for pickup and international shipping.

Nous apprécions également la prise en compte des remontées terrain et l’accompagnement de notre responsable de compte, Nicolas, qui est très réactif et disponible.

La partie administration du site web reste à mon sens plus complexe et parfois moins transparente. Une simplification de cette interface permettrait une gestion plus fluide, avec une meilleure maîtrise de notre présence en ligne et de la cohérence de notre image.

Globalement, Machinio est une solution sérieuse, en développement constant, avec une vraie qualité d’accompagnement.
