Impossible to exchange, let alone return, products ordered in the UK. “Number is not recognised”, and “we don’t support returns in your region”. Buyer-to-buyer, I hope you read this before you spaff £94 up the wall for two undershirts like £12-a-pop Adidas tops from Sports Direct.

Thanks for providing direction - why don’t you offer that information upfront on your home page? Going to your directed portal, the only option is a £10 return, which far exceeds the Royal Mail cost of a <500 gm return anywhere in the UK. The drop ship antics continue… Please reply here with your UK contact number for your customer services - I’ll edit my review accordingly once this is sorted.

Great products and great customer service all around.
I only shop online, and this is my best experience ever. I wish all other ecommerce retailers would follow their lead.

The company has a satisfaction guarantee for a complete refund if you do not like your first pair of underwear, but they did not refund me the shipping cost when I asked for a refund. It was not until I opened a case with PayPal that they refunded the shipping costs. It is disingenuous to say you will provide a full refund and then withhold part of the payment. This is not something they explicitly address in their refund policy statement either.

Waistband curls after a couple washes and stitching is very poor quality. I returned the first pair of several I ordered for a well handled replacement, but they began to fall apart as well. Not worth the price. I will stick with Tommy Jons or Hanes.

Cheap shipping. Don't use DHL if you're serious about shipping.

My initial review on their website was a 3 star and it said that the material is indeed very soft and nice and the pants seemed to be of good quality. And they were for about a year. After 1 year the material started to wear out and the pants had holes in them. If these were $20 pants I wouldn't have minded and still would have given them a 5 star because they are indeed great pants for as long as they last you. However, they're not Temu price and they didn't appear to be Temu quality either, but nevertheless, the pants gave out after 1 year.

My reason for the 1 star is because they didn't post my review on their website and that's not cool. That means they're filtering all reviews and buyers only get to see the positive ones and the fake ones. Not the real reviews. So the honest review is that their products are indeed better quality than Temu, but not worth the amount they're charging for them because they won't last you as long as the products you can get from big brands at similar prices.

Whoever is thinking of buying from them, think twice... My assumption is that most of the reviews you see on their website are fake.

Took them a couple of days but Maria in customer service sent off another package at no extra charge and this one arrived.

Do not order if you live in Canada. They use DHL and they don’t know how to deliver. I got a notice with package delivered and the picture is of a lobby of a different building and have no idea where my package is. Mack Weldon hasn’t followed up.

I ordered several things from MW several weeks ago in two separate orders and bizarrely, BOTH were lost in the mail.

MW said they would reship the items but it’s frustrating to have to wait for over three weeks for this process to happen. MW uses a 3rd party mail system and it truly sucks.

Great quality clothing and fantastic customer service. We have ordered from them several times and always have a good experience. Returns are really easy, too.

Worst customer service on the planet. No person available. They don’t proved a customer service line. They only provide email. Emails were not helpful or on target. Hope you don’t need to return something to these folks. Rate customer service a 0.

The clothing is just really bad and shrinks a tremendous amount after the first wash.

I tried for 30 minutes to place an order and couldn't! Got a 20% offer for first time buyer, code didn't work. Got another ad via FB, clicked, got 20% off again! Tried to place order, code worked! At final order page with shipping, discount taken off and "code not valid" message. They make it VERY HARD to buy from them.

I don't order often from here because it's quite pricey, but the quality of clothing is better than what you'll find in most other stores. I can vouch for their very comfortable boxer briefs. Ships quickly. Haven't experienced any issues yet.

Purchased $230 worth of boxers based on a series of online reviews stating they were the best. No shipping information has been given for weeks now after an initial “will ship in 3-4 days”. Two emails have now been sent without response in regards to the issue. From here I will simply dispute the charge for goods not delivered with the credit card company so they can handle this business. In todays day and age with, having a highly rated product, one would think customer service would be primary as part of a successful business model.

longtime customer here. been wearing mack weldon underwear for about 4 years. recently place a LARGE order to replenish my underwear drawer ($600+). a week after placing the order, it was just canceled. no reason given. no answer from the non existant "customer service" email. what the heck, i placed another order after my credit card showed the refund. here I am nearly a week later. the second $600+ order still shows "confirmed" but not shipped. Customer service actually responded to my email but no reason was given as to WHY it has not been shipped. all products show in stock and the website is covered in banners promising delivery before Christmas. Im about to give up, file a chargeback with my credit card and switch to Tommy John. "Covid" is no excuse for this type of behavior. Buy with caution!! You may or may not get your order!

I ordered two shirts, but only received one. A rep offered to ship me a different product, despite the one I ordered still showing up as in stock on the website. No refund was offered, and no replacement was delivered. Still have not received a refund 45 days after reporting the missing item.

Pros: The Ace pant and sweater and essential WFH wear. And all the underwear styles are fantastic. The Jersey Boxer is now my go to.

Cons: runs very small. I wear an XL on typical store brands: Nike, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Amazon Basics. But I don't fit in any of the XXL catalogue when it comes to button downs or crew necks. The tailored fit is not big guy friendly.

I've been using Mackweldon brand for 5 years now and couldn't be happier you have some un satisfied customers but there's always gonna be some hatters i don't sweat the small stuff. Mackweldon i know you know me you guys are second to none absolutely phenomenal products I'm with you 5 years Strong 💪 and gonna continue buying your product it's the next best thing since sliced bread. I was in the middle of an on-line order and reached an impasse because of the less-than-user-friendly site. I needed help but discovered that I could not talk to a person. I love their clothes but am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of the ability to talk to someone.
