Lack of customer service, rude and extremely unprofessional
Purchased a lip filler product from their brand and their packaging was faulty. I actually purchased 2 tubes and had the same issue with both.
Reached out to customer service and was faced with a rude and extremely unhelpful CS rep could said I could purchase a new one with a pathetic discount code.
She also said she couldn't help because she needed me to have a receipt for a product purchased a year ago.
Unacceptable and disgusted to have purchased from a skincare company especially since it's founded by a derm.
