Sito lentissimo, mezze descrizioni dell'abbigliamento non sono in Italiano quindi dobbiamo capire che per DRACO HERO POLO s'intende la maglia di rappresentanza, mentre per MESA HERO i pantaloncini da gara!!
Essendo solo on-line uno si aspetterebbe più tipologie di pagamento (adesso c'è PayPall, Scalapay, ...) invece solo Carta di Credito o contanti, mah!!!
Qualsiasi spesa tu faccia che sia 20€ o 1 milione di euro paghi sempre la spedizione di € 6.99 e ti arriva una mail dove ti dice che La consegna è prevista entro 3 settimane, " il tempo necessario per gestire con precisione e passione ogni dettaglio del tuo ordine". Ma da dove arriva la roba dopo 3 settimane dall'Australia!!!! Purtroppo siamo obbligati a comprare li dalla società altrimenti MAI NELLA VITA. Super sconsigliato

Service après vente déplorable notamment
Hajrije de l’équipe Macron à qui j’ai écris 14 fois puis j’ai abandonné je me suis fait arnaqué ma commande ne m’a jamais été livrée et non remboursée . Hajrije n’a pas essayé de m’aider simplement me renvoyer des mails de façon automatique en m’appelant systématiquement cher kick je suis désolé et bla bla bla toujours là même rengaine ! Il commençait ses mails par cher Kick…car mon adresse mail est libellé kickboxing… je lui ai fait par de mon agacement puis j’ai lâché l’affaire il n’a jamais cherché à solutionner mon problème et m’a systématiquement renvoyé les mêmes mails debiles qui consistait à m’inviter à me démerder avec son livreur de la société DPD . Ces derniers sont venus jusqu’à mon lieu de travail pour assumer le défaut de livraisons et mon fait remplir un document pour réclamation malgré cela Hajrije a continué à me réclamer un autre document incompréhensible pour moi car en italien langue que je ne parle pas et que j’écris encore moins je lui ai demandé s’il pouvait m’aider pour solutionner cela il m’a toujours répondu que sans ce document il ne pourrait pas résoudre ça avec le ferait rien bref une personne qui n’a aucun sens de la satisfaction client, d’aide et on peut le dire de respect pour celui ci ! je me suis fait assister d’une amie et j’ai rempli ce document qui est resté lettre morte ! Vous l’aurez compris il s’en foute que mon teeshirt ne soit jamais arrivé et ne m’a jamais remboursé bien sûr j’ai le sentiment de mettre fait enfler par cette société. Je ne manquerai pas de poster sur l’ensemble des partages d’expériences et avis à la hauteur de la nullité de celui-ci ! Heureusement, la société Macron m’a juste arnaqué d’un teeshirt ! Car je devais en commander 120 pièces pour équiper mon club. Je ne réitérais jamais de commande avec c’est nul 👎

Awful customer service. Website informs the incorrect measurements and then refuses to give you a refund or pay for returns postage. Emails ignored. Do not order from them. Ridiculous price for delivery too.

ive been playing padel for a while but never considered an expensive racquet. decided to go with macron rackets after some friends told me about their ducati collab, so i bought the hero pro control mostly cause im a ducati nerd lol, but honestly a solid racket. i was worried it'd be too stiff but the vibration damping is solid imo, dont feel it in my elbow as much as my last one. its pricey for sure and international shipping to morocco was faster than i expected, i had to pay extra custom fees but that's to be expected with international shipping here. but the looks quality and finish feels sick so i cant really complain. overall good racket if u have the cash.

I ordered an Italia Rugby shirt from Macron. Delivery was fast and the item arrived in perfect condition.

Unfortunately the sizing did not match the measurements listed on the website, so I requested a return. The return request was accepted quickly, but I had to pay for international return shipping myself (UK to Italy), which was expensive.

I sent the item back promptly in the original packaging, with tags attached and the order slip included. However, several weeks later Macron say the parcel has still not arrived at their warehouse and they cannot process a refund.

There was no delivery or tracking option provided by Macron and no warning that returns may commonly fail due to customs or international delivery issues (which many other reviews mention). Customer support have not offered any solution.

As a result I have paid for an expensive item plus expensive return shipping and currently have no product and no refund. I would not have needed to do this if the item had been the stated size. I had intended to purchase the larger size but will give it a miss given I am out of pocket.

Macron need to improve their international returns and refund process, as the current approach places all the risk and cost on the customer.

Vi bestilte fotballdrakter til hele klubben og omtrent alt ved leveransen var feil og leverandøren nekter å ordne opp. Det manglet f.eks hovudsponsoren på alle guttedraktene og det var feil farge på krage, og alt var et stort mess. Leverandører opptrer svært useriøst og uprofesjonelt!!!

Franchement, juste une honte.
Non seulement le service est déplorable, mais en plus je vais faire un petit apparté, qui est arrivé à 2 reprises à 10 jours d'intervalle.
La première fois, j'appelle le directeur du hub de Macron Pau pour l'achat d'un produit s'il pouvait réactiver une ancienne promo ou alors éviter juste les frais de livraison (je me suis permis à titre exceptionnel car au vu du prix du produit et surtout de la livraison à 10 euros), et il me rétorque au cours de la conversation : "oui, c'est moi qui est fait les prix, mais je ne les bougerai pas", et "bof ça va, si vous voulez éviter les frais de livraison, vous pouvez venir à Pau !"

Juste pour ça, déjà il méritait pas que je lui prenne son produit.

Puis 10 jours après, je suis censé recevoir mon colis, que le transporteur (DPD les pires), aussi minables que Macron n'a pû effectuer car Macron n'avait pas transmis mon adresse mail au transporteur pour programmer une nouvelle livraison !). Obligé de rappeler ce monsieur de Pau, et il me répond, toujours avec un air narquois : "qu'évidemment ce n'était pas leur faute, mais à DPD, qu'il reste 21 jours pour se retourner", et cerise sur le gâteau, que "c'est bon, vous avez pas un cancer, y'a plus grave dans la vie !"

C'est bien dommage que je n'habite pas Pau...

De surcroît, le site est en italien, c'est une misère. Car c'est Bologne qui envoie les produits... Bref, terminé en ce qui me concerne. J'ai été vacciné.

Malísima la tienda no la recomiendo para nada, toda la post venta una frustración y espera interminable, me cobraron $13.900 por mandarme una polera de $16.000, el flete más caro de Chile, me dicen que estará en 2 días,que ya es mucho por el pago realizado ya que en la mayoría de los medio de transporte máximo son $5000 y llega a más tardar 24 horas. Ya llevo 7 días esperando y no me dicen nada, La atención al cliente, después de enviar más de 20 correos, blueexpress el transportista me avisa que mi polera estará en 3 días más, osea pagar 13900 para una demora de 9 días, malísima experiencia, no compren en Macron, la tienda con más mala post venta de Chile, espero no llevarme sorpresas al recibir el producto.

Paid extra for 24 express tracked delivery to be told that doesn’t guarantee 24 hour delivery when the items didn’t arrive.
10 days later items still not delivered, had purchased from a different company.
Three phone calls and two emails later to resolve refund.
Not great , would not recommend.

Complimenti, sono passati 3 mesi e ben 7 mail per veder rimborsato un reso di 27 €. Complimenti in particolare ad “Hajrije del Team Macron” per la sua abilità nel copia-incolla per rispondere alle mail di reclamo. E vi considerate azienda leader nel settore!

Per errore acquistato due maglie ufficiali UDINESE, entrambe personalizzate con numero e nome giocatore, stessa taglia. Faccio richiesta di un reso, che viene accettata da Macron (mail di riferimento con numero ordine e specifiche della "personalizzazione". Reso chiaramente a mie spese. Ricevuta la merce, dopo giorni di silenzio mi comunicano che il prodotto personalizzato non è idoneo, e che quindi mi rispediranno la maglia. Ad oggi dopo più di 20gg. ancora nessuna comunicazione. L'articolo non risulta spedito, tantomeno rimborsato.

Come pagare subito come trovare le cose perse non lo so. Abbiamo ordinato un modulo per un bambino un pacchetto è arrivato un altro perso e nessuno sa dove mostra loro che il pacchetto è stato ricevuto alla fine siamo rimasti senza felpe e perso 57 €

Shocking customer service. I have been trying to return an item for 3 months and have received terrible instructions on how to do so, which have twice resulted in my item being returned to sender with additional costs.

Una caca, encima de que los artículos son caros las devoluciones las paga el cliente. No me arriesgaría a pedir un artículo sabiendo que para devolverlo tengo que pagar. No tenía esta información porque además es muy difícil encontrar la información en su página. No compréis aquí.

Received team sponsored equipment, looks professional, however sizing is woeful. I am a larger person but didn’t expect when an XL and 2XL fit well to baggy in other brands that a 4XL would be extremely tight to the point of not doing up

A 1.6/5.0 rating tells you all you need to know about this appalling Company. Trustpilot asks you to be 'honest, helpful and constructive'. The Macron website statement 'NO refunds or exchanges' is at least honest, if not entirely legal, and was applied strictly to my daughters Christmas present to me. But the statement confirms they are neither helpful nor constructive. Please take your business elsewhere.

Hatte 2 Trikots bestellt, für mich und eine weitere Person. Passten uns leider beide nicht. Ein Umtausch in eine andere Größe war leider nicht möglich. Also Artikel zurückgesendet nach Italien. Kosten dafür musste ich selber tragen. Auf Erstattung von ca. 150€ warte ich immer noch. Artikel sind am 17.12.25 bei Macron eingegangen. Auf Emailanfragen wird man nur vertröstet. Es könne bis zu 14 Tage dauern etc. In meinem Fall sind es jetzt 27 Tage und ich warte weiter. Überlege nun Paypal einzuschalten...

Begrudge having to use this store!

My son joined a new sports club and we were directed to this store for kit. Travelled to the store to find they don’t hold any stock (why?!? Surely one or two in each size wouldn’t be too much to hold?) and I’d have to order online. Went home and did so, although wasn’t easy to find the junior hoody on the correct kit page. Order then took almost a month to arrive, again, why?!? Personalisation shouldn’t be a hold up, it’s very simple vinyl lettering that I could have done at home.
Kit also unnecessarily overpriced for item you know most children wear once a week and that they grow and it won’t fit them for long!
Have opened the items today and the hoody is possibly the worst quality I have ever known. Very thin material that will unlikely actually keep my child warm, absolutely smaller than the sample he tried on in the shop and the vinyl lettering for initials not straight.
I will be suggesting , along with others who feel the same, that my son’s club change kit supplier.

Acquistata una giacca per regalo,purtroppo la taglia non andava bene. Contatto il servizio clienti con qualche difficoltà e mi rispondono che non è possibile fare il cambio taglia ma sono costretto semplicemente a rispedire il pacco (a mie spese!) e mi verrà fatto un rimborso,dopo però aver compilato un form sul loro sito internet. Peccato che il form non funziona e il servizio clienti in maniera molto garbata mi dice di aspettare! Un questa maniera ho perso pure il regalo che dovrò rifare,Scandalosi

Nulla è andato per il verso giusto!!!
Corriere BRT scandaloso non ha ancora consegnato la merce dopo più di una settimana, spostando di giorno in giorno la consegna, servizio clienti inesistente, ti dà sempre risposte di circostanza e mai ti risolve la situazione.
Mai più nessun ordine a gente che si comporta così e ti consegna quando vuole...
I soldi però li vogliono subito!!!
Consiglio comprate da persone che valorizzano il cliente non da gente che lo prende in giro solamente.
