Excellent gel polish and great overall quality. Shipping was decent, and I loved the box it came in. The only downside was that the bottles shifted around during shipping, so a little tissue paper or padding would make the packaging even better.

No Customer Service
Company is great until something goes wrong and then their CS is nonexistent.
Had an issue with the delivery company that Madame Glam chose, however we recieved zero support form Madam Glam, they put all the responsibility of finding a solution on us rather than stepping in. Then did everything to avoid giving a refund when we showed we hadn’t our package, so much so that we are having to go though our bank for a refund.

Great Products, Honest Company
The polishes are always beautiful and well made. I do my own nails but go to a salon to have my toes done. The techs always comment on the polish since I bring my own. The polish lasts long on both my nails and toes. It resists chipping, and I'm rough on my nails. The remover works well. I've never had an sensitivity to any of the products I've used. They ship quickly and in protective packaging.

I’ve been in the nail industry for 5+…
I’ve been in the nail industry for 5+ years now and in the beginning of my nail journey I had a horrible allergic reaction fearing i would never be able to use gel again i found Madam Glam. There products are vegan and 21 Free formula that gave me my power back. I can use their gels knowing it’s safe and GORGEOUS! Im a madam glam girl for life!

The best brand for nail products
The best brand for nail products. Since I discovered it I don’t buy anywhere else. Love there regular gels, there cat eyes, the lamps, the brushes! Everything! The quality is amazing. Delivery time is pretty fast.

Love the cuticle oil and hand creams!
I subscribed to Madame Glam primarily for their hand care products, and I absolutely love their cuticle oil, hand cream, hand butter, and hand scrub! The products are fantastic, but I found the subscription and credit program unclear.
There were times when I had a surplus of products and wanted to pause my subscription, then resume ordering when needed. Unfortunately, restrictions on how and when credits could be used made the process frustrating, and I ultimately ended up losing credits.
Bottom line: Excellent products, but the subscription structure could be much simpler, more flexible, and more transparent.

Madam Glam A* Product!
I have been using Madam Glam nail gels for a very long time now I think about 8yrs. I am one of their VIP's. I use these on my clients and can honestly say that I have never been let down, The longevity, ease of use, smoothness and shape of brush are all of very high standards and quality! The builders are as good as any you would try elsewhere the BIAB (TGB) yes I use to use this brand. The top coat i would use no other! Also they are ahead of nail trends they started producing cateye polishes about 6yrs ago! Also the way they itemise each product and let you know the opacity level. The only issue i have is i would love to be able to have 24hrs grace before shipping to be able to add to my order! Whether you choose to do your own nails, a friends nails, clients or a neighbour I can honestly say this brand will not let you down!

This polish is perfect for one coat
This polish is perfect for one coat. Thickness is there so it’s doesn’t run when I use the polish. Sometimes when I put two coats on it doesn’t always cure right, but I found that the colors are beautiful and perfect for me.

The website is easy to use and utilize. If I've ever had to return anything I've always gotten help and it's been easy to get ahold of customer service and everyone has treated me well. I love how the products have always kept up with the safety guidelines and kept up with allergy and skin sensitivity ingredients and removed them immediately. I've used madam glam for about 5 years maybe more, on myself and clients... I absolutely love this brand, I only stopped using it for a while due to personal finances.
