Misleading site
Misleading site, leads you to believe this is a boutique store in the Uk, closing due to the imminent birth of first child and selling stock at sale prices. Firstly the garments haven’t arrived and secondly they seem to be coming from China or Hong Kong.
I have asked for delivery by a named date or a refund, I will see what happens

Warning
Warning, this boutique is not based in London. I ordered two dresses, one should have had pockets and didn’t and the other, how to explain it was shapeless, in a heavy polyester not the lightweight fabric on the website. Then I discover returns are to USA not UK incurring additional £28 postage costs which is no means certain will deliver a refund. If you want to buy bargain clothes, I suggest SHEIN, Cupshe not this site charging £39.99 for clothes can be bought for £20 and less. I would urge anyone to avoid due to their totally misleading website.

Would give ZERO STARS if I could
Would give ZERO STARS if I could! Ordered an item, it arrived, I dont like the look of it on me. Firstly, it was difficult to find the information on how to return an item. I am currently about 8 emails deep in requesting return information for a full refund. They keep coming back telling me that the item I ordered is exactly as described...I am not disputing that. I do not like how it looks on me. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DIABOLICAL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Very poor quality
Very poor quality . Dress wasn’t at all how it looked in the photo and the material was a shiny kind of polyester.Trying to return it is a nightmare . I’ve asked if I can return it to a London address that is on the package I received it in but they don’t reply . I wouldn’t recommend this company .

I was very suspicious about this…
I was very suspicious about this ‘Company’ and that the whole thing is fake. My intuition appears to be correct. I ordered a dress and the website said it had been delivered! Nothing turned up so I sent two messages but was fobbed off about the parcel waiting for dispatch! Huh I was sent several emails repeatedly saying the same thing. Nothing made sense. I would give no stars for this sham site, after reading other reviews.

One big con!
They first of all con you in to thinking the shop which looks as though it’s on a London Street is closing because the owner is expecting all a load of lies but we are stupid enough to fall for it. I ordered a dress and what looked like a linen shirt. Turns out the dress was cheap polyester and the shirt was just cotton. They try to talk you out of returning the items offering one reduction then another lower one when you refuse the first one. I have sent my items back costing £25 and now they are coming up with the excuse it was sent to an address outside of their designated return warehouse area (they gave me the address) and unfortunately are unable to process it as a standard return. Now offering me a 45% reduction as a gesture of goodwill. They don’t seem to get the message that I will never order from them again. This company need to be reported as they are taking peoples money under false pretences. I will fight on to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Finding tops that sit comfortably…
Finding tops that sit comfortably without constantly needing adjusting can be surprisingly difficult. This one stayed exactly where it should all day and I never felt like I needed to fix it.

Scam website will keep charging your credit card
The website claims to be a small boutique in London which is closing down because the owner is having a baby. The "closing down sale" showed a selection of dresses.
The website said that it offered free returns.
However, after purchasing clothes from the site, I became suspicious by emails that were sent to me.
I tried to cancel the order, but the company ignored me and sent details of the order being prepared for transit.
I contacted my bank and they confirmed that the website was fake and that the company had set up a recurring charge on my card. I've reported it to Action Fraud. Contact your bank urgently if you've bought anything from them.

Failure to deliver in time
I ordered a black dress for a funeral as it said express delivery and there was 8 days to the funeral. Once I received notice ( 2July) that it would take 5-15 days to arrive I asked to cancel my order. They said this was not possible. The dress arrived on 13th July. I had bought a dress from Peacocks the day before the funeral. Lesson learnt. They are sending me automated replies rather than a returns label. Don’t trust this company. Once again this company is using delaying tactics claiming they need more information when it has all been sent to them directly including photographs!!! They were told I didn’t want the item on 2July it is now 19th July they are even using Trustpilot to delay things.

If I could leave less than one star I would.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.
They won't let you return the goods or give you a refund. The material is polyester that sticks to your body and shapeless. I've spent over a week sending emails for a refund & return address. They sent me a firm that cannot be opened....

Totally disappointing
I ordered a dress and a blouse and after some time they arrived. However I could have wept as they were so different from the images I ordered. I have sent photos to illustrate the problem and I am in the process of trying to obtain a refund. However I get the feeling this could be a struggle.
Now reading other reviews so wish I had checked before buying. Can only assume 4star reviews are fake.

I am disappointed
I am disappointed. I ordered a dress, and it was 6cm longer than advertised so too long for me.
I contacted the company within 15 hours of delivery of the parcel and requested a refund as their advertising suggests "Returns ... Not sure if it’s right for you? We understand. That’s why we offer free returns within 30 days for your peace of mind.
I have contacted every day for the past 7 days and they are still refusing to refund.

APPALLING DO NOT BUY
The same experience as the previous 2 reviews. The product was not delivered in time for my holiday, my emails were not read as they kept asking what was wrong with the product and the fact that I hadn’t received the delivery and wanted to cancel my order went ignored.
When I eventually got them, the quality was so bad like Andrea said only fit for the charity bag. The refund process involves such expensive postage. I am now £90 down and would strongly recommend people read these reviews before making a purchase. Also the 50% closing down sale that looks like a little shop somewhere is a con, and I wouldn’t have paid 10%.
Lesson learned always look for reviews before making any purchase

SCAM! SCAM! I'm in the process of trying to get a refund for a dress that is not made to the specified size. The opening pages of the website lead you to believe that it is a UK company. They will initially offer a) keep the goods and we'll send a free replacement or b) a voucher for future purchases. It might be useful to contact Hong Kong trading standards to report them. Made by Jessica company Trade I.D. is 77009439, their company address is on their website (however, all could be false information!) Trustpilot do not allow me to provide the email address for Hong Kong Trading standards but it begins with crenq and ends with hk. You'll find it on Google search

Do not purchase anything from this website. It’s says it’s closing down as ‘Jessica’ is pregnant - when in fact the stuff is from Hong Kong!! The dress I ordered is nothing like the website. The material is cheap & looks awful. It’s only fit for the rubbish. When I contacted them & asked for a refund, they offered a 15% voucher as their systems aren’t set up to refund. Not what it says on website! I have made contact with customer service email many times & still waiting for a full refund. Last email has been ignored
