Being kept informed about the delivery of my order. Although disappointed with the garment I received and methodand cost of returning .

Shopping online usually feels like a bit of a gamble, but this order turned out better than expected. The colours looked true to the website and nothing felt disappointing once I opened the parcel.

I had no problems what so ever buying a top off teh website,it was easy.My top is great quality and a lovely bright colour, i am very impressed with it.

The dresses I ordered are lovely, I have already had my first compliment while wearing it, thank you, great service and lovely clothing

I had never used this company before and was a little worried that I would not receive the dress in time for a wedding with. I sent an email and had a quick reply reassuring me that everything was on track. In fact, I received several updates and knew exactly where and when my parcel would be received. I really appreciated the updates and reassurance. It was so appreciated. This was real first class service and I am so happy with my dress. It is beautiful. Thank you so much for taking the time to keep me informed about my order. It makes all the difference.

I can only say, how you deal with this company and their delivery to you of my parcel and you getting it to me is laughable, incredible and truly awful I never ever will deal with "Jessica" again as I may not live long enough to receive parcel

Clothes were as described on the website and arrived reasonably quickly

I ordered about 5 pairs of swimwear. All very stylish and good quality material.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! At the beginning of July I received a dress from this company - one that had NO RESEMBLANCE to the one I had ordered. It was a different design (one shift-like A-line style) made from a cheap polyester fabric. I had ordered a loose fitting dress with a bodice and a loose skirt style, made from a ‘premium blend’ (it looked like linen in the photograph in the advertisement). I immediately emailed the company and asked for a refund and information on the return process.

I was informed that any return costs would be borne my me, and that it was expensive and that I should expect to pay import taxes as well. Once the item had been received, a full refund would be paid to me. I was advised to just keep the dress or gift it to someone …

I declined and insisted that since I had been sent the wrong item, the return costs should be carried by the company. I was then offered 20% refund (and keep the item), then 30% when I declined that and asked for my refund and that the dress be collected from my address - I wasn’t going to pay for return shipping fees. Then the offer became 35%.

I have gone to my bank and am trying to get my payment reversed. MADE BY JESSICA insist that their system won’t allow a full refund without the item being received (but of course, the return costs should be mine - all designed to dissuade me from attempting to return it).

The most recent offer is a 50% refund - on condition that I leave a good review. Once the ‘good review’ has been published, my partial refund will be paid. Their ‘system’ clearly allows this!

I have also been offered a 45% discount on my next order. I will be making no more orders from this company! They also trade under various other names: JESSICA OF LONDON, ELLIE & MAE - both designed to dupe you into thinking it is a London-based company with a reputable brand. There are lovely photos of their ‘store’. Jessica is apparently ‘expecting a baby’ and this is why she is offering these incredible discounts of 50% off the original price.

It is all a SCAM! I have seen several posts by people warning others DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I only wish I had seen them before I clicked on the ‘Buy’ button.

Website easy to follow and easy to filter for items. Excellent communication. Once order made.

When they receive an order they need just to Acknowledge order and not subsequently bombard with emails about despatch but never any indication of when would arrive. Worrying and extremely annoying. Only email when they have specific information about arrival. Item was not like the illustration and if extremely poor quality.

This company is providing quality service which is easy to access and order from their website. Products are displayed well with comprehensive information about items. Any issues are dealt with swiftly, sympathetically and professionally until a good resolution is reached. I have no qualms about ordering from the company again.

A lovely dress for my wife, easy to use website, good communication from Made By Jessica, delivered as promised in time and in excellent condition.
