I have still not received my order more than a month later. I have no answer from Made by Moft. I am taking legal actions as the money was taken. This is outrageous.

I purchased the iPad Air MOFT folio. Durability holds as it has been just under a year and it has not torn. it has however stretched quite abit. I also purchased the accessory Apple Pencil plate, which worked with the folio to create a little secure pocket for the Apple Pencil Pro. This is a two piece item which is a metal back plate that is fixed to a plastic cradle. The cradle durability is very poor. It has cracked in two spots, and this was early on. I don’t treat my iPad rough. It experiences normal wear and tear and I’d barely have a scratch on it thanks for the folio, but the fact that the plastic is so bendable and easily breakable, I wish I never bought it. Overall, the practicality of this folio is decent, but they need to make it a one piece, metal pencil cradle.

I'd say for EU customers better not to order, cause returns are not easily done to the US. DHL currently (as of 2026 jan) states, that you can send only gifts to US, and dhl-express can be sent freely but costs too much.

So, overall I think it's riskier to order online when returns are not straightforward and easy.

Placed an order on the 26th November that still hasn't even been dispatched. Happy to take money in the lead up to Christmas but have ignored multiple emails. I'm out of pocket with no sign of the item arriving and tbh I don't want the item anymore. Payment will be disputed with the bank and I will avoid this company moving forward.

The product didn't meet my expectations and when I reached out about returning the product I was offered a 15% refund (£4.50) if I returned to the US at cost.

Wish I checked TrustPilot before I purchased as it seems Moft are a really poor company to purchase from. Lesson learned I guess.

The laptop stand product itself is good for short-term working on trains etc. although it might give a false sense of an acceptable level of ergonomic set-up if used permanently, instead of a separate keyboard and mouse and a laptop raised to eye level height, which is the HSE guidance.

But sad to say their customer service is very poor - we have placed three bulk orders for these laptop stands during last two years and every time it is an impossible struggle to get the VAT receipts (with their VAT number). Surely all the companies need these for their book-keeping?

Emails are simply not picked up etc, tried requesting the receipt for our latest order #2820 via a feedback review as a last resort - the review appeared on the website but was removed a few days later, and no receipt was sent...

I would give NO stars if possible. I bought an item from this company which is useless to me and needs to be exchanged. I have left 4 messages on their site and a further message on instagram. Absolutely no reply. They are appalling.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

COMPLETELY AVOID - there's no customer service or help given! Just took the money and has been MIA.

I placed an order the 1st week of August 2022 for the Carry Sleeve that should take '4-6 weeks preorder' before shipping and it's since been 14 weeks now that we're in November with completely no contact.

They took the payment and had an order confirmation, telling me to download the 'SHOP' app to track my order but it sits at 'order placed' and not shipped. I've emailed multiple times with no reply.

Okay since my above review, a member of staff did kindly apologise and got back to me with a full refund. It's a shame because my colleagues are a big fan but I think it's worth just purchasing from their official MOFT US site instead.

Ordered an item with an estimated lead time of 4-6 weeks and got an order confirmation but then never received my order or ever heard from then again.

After the 6 week lead time had passed, I tried to contact them for 3 weeks via emails, messages on their websiteand even facebook and instagram messenger but never got any answer.

It started off well. However over time the product doesn’t seem to work well and loses its quality. Would avoid purchasing and customer service team don’t offer any support after a year which is what you’d hope spending this much money on - would last more than!

Waited nearly a month and nothing.

Ordered on 3/11. Tracking doesn’t update. MOFT doesn’t respond. Disputed charge with credit card. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered because I want to order more away from a certain major online retailer. I actually got it slightly cheaper ordering direct. Comms was very good, email to confirm order and then an email a day or so later to confirm despatch with tracking details. All in all received in 3 or 4 working days.

The item I ordered is the mag safe wallet for iPhone 12, very high quality and a good strong magnet. Time will tell if quality holds up but the signs are good.

I've bought 2 moft laptop stands 2 months ago. While videos watching or during zoom conference they are perfect. But when you need to work with the keyboard and touchpad - your wrists start to pain. Would not recommend using it.

Great quality product well worth the wait, excellent customer service.

After some original shipping issues Gabby quickly got in contact and solved the problem.

Absolutely love this computer stand! I got the largest one that has various angles. It's made working from home much more comfortable. The quality is excellent, it's very strong and stable. I couldn't recommend it enough!

We ordered on 21st Nov - still have not received the product. Contacted Moft via email and their contact form, no response. There is no way of contacting Moft after purchase. DO NOT BUY from MadeByMOFT - it is a SCAM company.

UPDATE
Received an email from them soon after I left this review. Glad that they made contact. They have offered to refund - a strange way to run a business. A customer did not purchase a product with the intention of getting a refund - they ought to be providing a revised delivery date; and option to refund if the delivery date isn't suitable. Shall report back if/when I hopefully receive the product.

UPDATE - Response to MadeByMoft
Your shipping policy states you will despatch within 24 hours of purchase. If you have not shipped 168 hours later, then you ought to let customers know that there is a backlog. I can understand there are delays, but if you communicate about the delays, customers will be reassured.

You should also have an automated response to the contact form or email, acknowledging of receipt of query and letting customers know you will respond within x hours. This is a professional way to run a business - not leaving customers in a vacuum not knowing if anyone is reading their queries.

Received Royal Mail tracking number from Moft. Fingers crossed, it'll be here this week. Thanks to Gabriella for sorting it out.

UPDATE - 5 DEC
Finally received product! After the complaint, Gabriella has been very responsive and helpful. Finally, I'm able to use the ipad portrait. We stuck Moft X to the ipad smart case so we can still use the cover to protect the screen. Thank you Made by Moft for sorting out the initial hiccup.

No customer service no support after you made a purchase.

Absolutely love my Moft. So easy to apply and use and extremely slick and durable. Don’t know how I ever worked without it. Great service and delivery too. Highly recommended!

Bought one for my wife and one for my work laptop. Both are really easy to use and much more sturdy than I expected. Came really quickly and with a personal postcard! Nice touch.

I really enjoy the MOFT and it is as advertised in terms of functionality. However as sleek as it is, it still thick enough that when I don't put the stand up, my laptop is no longer perfectly flat on the table. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but thought it would be helpful for people to know.
