Is there less than one star?! I, in all my years, have NEVER had such horrible customer service. The dress was over a month to be delivered. This after numerous emails was told “it’s almost there”. The emails initially were pleasant and then nothing. The dress arrived with a faulty sewn waistline and terrible flimsy fabric and sizing is obviously for short children. An XL would be a medium w most products. I have been attempting since June to get a response from Emma and John Wilson asking how I return this awful dress. I have not received one single response from them. Surely they’ll use the 30 day return window against me if I ever do hear back. I received this pitiful dress the end of June and immediately indicted its faults. I have sent a half dozen direct emails, submitted on line requests and tried to call (number cannot be completed! Likely a false number!)
Buyer beware…DON’T.
This website is a scam.

I placed ab order 1 month ago and it still is listed as “order placed- not shipped.” When I reached out to cancel or refund my order, I was told multiple times that they cannot cancel my order as it has been shipped. I’ve sent screen shots of multiple tracking sites saying my order has in fact not shipped and they have not gone silent. This company is a scam. I should have caught this as their site allows for zero reviews nor can you leave a goodie review.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Made on Sunday. The delivery took longer than the estimated time by almost 2 weeks. They came from China delayed by inspection. The shoes look great except a bit too snug. I’ve been trying to contact them, get a bigger size, through email and telephone. I’ve had no luck.

Please be warned that the service expectancy is low or non existence.

I’ll be writing to the BBB next.

The dress looks great online. Cant wait for it.
