Florian is really the best person for the job when it comes to finding property in Paris. As a foreigner, I didn’t know where to start. Florian guided me through the whole process in a very deliberate and thoughtful manner. He listens properly to the key criteria and is thorough in the search. He also makes sure you examine all options and gives a good overview of what is available. The portal for reviewing potential properties is easy to use and excellent for keeping track of the choices. Florian’s expertise lies in serving the client well. He is incredibly thorough, considered, not pushy, fair, honest and transparent. He will hold your hand through the entire journey - find the right notaire and lawyer, review contracts, monitor any issues, always communicate and follow up. He doesn’t leave any stone unturned and is incredibly patient. I truly wouldn’t have found my apartment without the Madlen Collection and it was a fun, interesting, efficient, exciting and, ultimately, successful experience! HIGHLY recommend!
