This is the sorriest excuse for a goddamn school ive seen they leave there student in poor living situation they cause by not disbursement living expenses in a timely manner like they should even when they tell you your marked urgent they do not respond and when they do its just to lie they have left me with out money to get my electric water back on for over 2 weeks causing all my food to ruin so also with out that I was forced to be in less than 30 degree temps while in a freeze watch due to not being able to get my power back on because they didnt release my funds like they should had and not to mention financial aid employee will tell you that financial aid questions are not thier job they are are a bunch of lying ass btches and no wonder they changed names from peloton college and are on a title 4 funding probationary period which I assume they will lose

An "AI" university, cmon now this ai stuff is getting really ridiculous, they're just slapping it onto everything now smh

I’ve been using MaestroAI to learn piano and I’m really enjoying it. The lessons are easy to follow and the real-time feedback actually helps me improve. It makes practicing feel fun instead of overwhelming. Great option if you want to learn at your own pace

Nothing against the school itself but when it comes to administrative side with getting paper as proof of education right, they need to look at the papers that are being sent and upload with the right name and graduation year. That was in current experience I had with this school.

Real review. I started the AAS Software Engineering program 9/2025. No issues with enrollment, signing documents, Or FAFSA. There was a slight delay in receiving the MacBook Air at one moment I thought it was a scam but confirmation tracking email had gotten deleted but was retrieved through the support team. Received computer a day after class began.

So far so good I am learning the material and retaining the information. Sometimes the information seems all over the place and the long breaks could make you forget what you previously learned if you don’t follow up on material.

I think all programs have the good the bad and ugly depending on the situation. My experience so far has been good with no complaints thus far.

The FAFSA had to be revived after so many years.
Signing up needs to be done on the computer and phone for the text message to verify the phone number. One address page freezes. I'm still waiting for a response to see if I'm signed up yet. But the free computer and free school (plus state grant money) seems like a good idea. Online is mostly free to them to just push a button to deliver pre existing school material. I can make a course myself online nowadays. Just buy an app. Or make an app from an app maker etc. I need to consolidate all my 120 credits from other schools ...which are closed, some of them. This group is trying to go past BS and MS (and then to Doctorate someday ...maybe.)

Once again this is NOT MAESTRO AI UNIVERSITY. IT IS A PIANO SOFTWARE I WAS DECIEVED BY THE REVIEWS.

I am really enjoying learning with maestro. I am impressed with the way they teach things in a way that make total sense to me.

I applied to Maestro AI School back in October and followed every step exactly as instructed. After completing the application, the AI bot said I would receive an email with my next steps — but that email never came. I even filled out my FAFSA and waited, but there was no communication at all. When I reached back out to the AI assistant, it told me there was no live person or administrative contact available to ask about my application status. I was never told I was on a waiting list or that additional information was needed — just complete silence. Then, today, I received what looked like an automated chat log notification — not even an official email — saying they’re “not moving forward” with my enrollment. There was no explanation, no reason given, no message about classes being full or when I could reapply. For a school that promotes itself as being AI-driven and supported by the University of Texas, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability. Having no way to speak with an actual person and receiving zero feedback after completing every step is unacceptable. what a JOKE!!!

One star is generous. I applied, was awarded a full scholarship scholarship, uploaded all documents….then crickets. Until I kept getting emails telling me to ‘complete my enrollment’ so I didn’t lose my spot. I chatted with the AI, who told me to email, which came back saying they handle it through the dashboard, who told me to call, who never answered. This cycle multiple times…even the ‘human’ who finally responded to my support ticket said ‘as long as you’ve done everything don’t worry’. I even called the school I graduated from as part of the runaround was that the ‘school’ might take time to reply. My high school never received a request for transcript verification. Then I received an email today letting me know my application was closed because I didn’t complete all the enrollment requirements. And that maybe I could get in the December enrollment if I requested a reconsideration. At this point, my excitement is gone. If it was this aggravating to talk to a REAL human (which I don’t believe I ever did) and get the correct feedback on enrollment, how on earth do students get the support they need?

I really like it but I feel like the structure lacks in ability to thoroughly teaching like the why and where and when..... and it seems to be all over the place i am on week three and i tend to have to screen shot and google search many things so that i dont fall behind in hopes that i will eventually just catch on ..... the amount of notes that i take is extremely excessive in hopes that maybe it will help me catch on but with out the reason behind why i am doing something I hate to believe that i may not ever actually get this

I was told I was approved for their full tuition scholarship when I applied then received an email saying later that I wasn’t. I missed enrollment at my community college because I was planning on this program. It’s a bait and switch SCAM.

They are incapable of handling a single request form. The a.i says to send them an email. The email says that service is only handled through the service dash board the service dash board reply says to send it to another email address and that one gives the same error about having to use the services dashboard

After having some long and nice day swith maestro, i am still speechless what an amazing teacher such an AI is.
For example I had a hard time understanding a topic a few days before, maestro explained in from several views in a fashion that I got it within half an hour!
I wish I had access to this kind of learning 52 years ago. My school reports would reflect it definitely. I envy the next generations of pupils working with it.

This tool is very user-friendly! It simplifies learning and makes even tricky concepts feel easy. I’d recommend it to a beginner who wants to learn something new.
