I received a faulty jewelry and they said they will replace but never did. Over priced for bad quality and no respect for customers.

Terrible service. don’t rely on postage timelines, it’s just to get you to order. Customer service apologise but don’t give any updates. Still waiting over 4 weeks , when I purchase it indicated 14 days.
Who knows what the product will be like if it ever appears

Terrible quality! Don't waste your money.. the company obviously steals photos off other websites to use as their own.
The fabric is so thin, the stitching is crap. I could have got something better off shein for $5..
The advertisement is so wrong.

I ended up requesting a refund, I ened up with a 30% refund of the total and kept the dress.. straight in the donation box.. the delivery fee wasnt worth the return.

Absolutely awful products and even worse customer service. I ordered a belt and bolo tie during Black Friday after seeing an instagram ad. The product was never delivered because it was lost in transit. When I emailed them to ask for an update they kept telling me it’s delayed due to weather . After 1.5 months they finally shipped me a second box. When I recieved the products , I noticed that they were awful quality and I immediately returned them (14 day return policy) I emailed them to inform them and they said that my order was not eligible for a return because the first shipment was lost. Had to fight and issue a chargeback with credit card company because they refused to do the right thing and even sent me aggressive accusatory emails . They are based in the Netherlands and have zero ethics.

Die Produkte von MAEVE sind qualitativ wirklich gut, aber der Kundenservice ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Man hat hier das Gefühl, dass das Unternehmen überhaupt kein Interesse daran hat, Kunden langfristig zu binden.

Ich wollte einen Artikel fristgerecht zurückgeben und habe das Paket nachweislich am letzten Tag der gesetzlichen 14-Tage-Frist bei DHL abgegeben. Da der Rückversand in die Niederlande erfolgt, dauert der Transport natürlich etwas. Der Kundenservice weigert sich nun stur, mir mein Geld zu erstatten, mit der rechtlich völlig falschen Begründung, das Paket sei zu spät bei ihnen angekommen. Nach geltendem EU-Verbraucherrecht zählt jedoch das Absendedatum – und das war absolut fristgerecht.

Der Support schaltet komplett auf stur, ignoriert die Rechtslage und speist einen mit Standard-Mails ab. Wer hier bestellt, sollte hoffen, dass alles passt. Sobald man den Support braucht oder etwas retournieren möchte, wird es extrem kundenunfreundlich. Für mich war das definitiv die letzte Bestellung!

Ordered off Maeve the label site after watching a very professional advert on social media. I was expecting good quality dresses from a uk store but instead received cheap Chinese rubbish in a SHEIN type zip up bag. They were made from cheap polyester and not even the Maeve tag or any tag on them . They were like something off a cheap market stall. I
Paid £66.60 for this rubbish.They were nothing like the images on their page and their 5 star rating was fake . I asked to return but the return address was not china were the tracking was originally from but a Germany address which was a very big concern .Definitely an Asian diet as their emails are always answered in the middle of the night .There are also many bad reviews on irelands trustpilot . Do not buy off this site or if you have and are unhappy contact your bank straight away.
