The subscription auto-renewed, but I thought I had cancelled. The plugin never even worked.
I was charged, and when I kindly asked for a refund, they declined. Worst customer service ever.
Scammer. Agreed to refund me back in 2023 and never did. Agreed to cancel and never did. Scammer. Turned into Attorney General for bad business practices.

Nearly 3 years ago, an employee no longer working with my company that handled my website didn't need the services of magazine3 and cancelled our account. That employee was not aware that the link to PayPal was still active, so magazine3 continued to charge me every year. I noticed it this year the day after it charged me and I immediately cancelled the link to PayPal and requested a refund for just the one charge (even though I hadn't used it in nearly 3 years and they charged me 2 other times that I just took as a loss). They actually refused to refund me and are fighting the claim with PayPal. What a loser company. They would rather keep charging a client who hadn't used their services in 3 years, than do the right thing and refund only the most recent charge, which was requested the day after the charge!!! They are scammers and BS artists who don't operate an honest business. Stay away at all costs. Garbage business, garbage company, garbage everything.
I hired them for passing Google Core Web Vitals on my website. Waited 5 months to tell me that they did few modifications.
It was clear they couldn't do it and when asking my money back they didn't refund me. I managed to get only my last month pay using FastSpring.
Although this was on their website: "What if we are unable to solve it, is there a Money back?
yes, absolutely. It won’t happen in the first place but if in-case that happens, we will refund the amount back to your account. "
Be aware as they are not professionals!
Spent $99 purchasing their AMP for WP plugin and it made a busy eCommerce website un-usable.
Requested a refund - No joy.
