I ordered 10 house plants for £26.99, upon receipt they were 10 small pots in a box that was far too large for them and when the courier handed the box to me i could hear them rattling around. When I opened the box they were all over the place and 4 of the plants were in a sorry state. I did nurture them hoping they would pick up but unfortunately they died. That was 40 percent of the order dead. I did email Zoe and waited for a reply but after a few weeks I did not receive one. I then next resent the first email with an attachment asking for her to contact me, still no response. It has been over a month since I sent the emails so I thought I would telephone. This went to voicemail so I left a message if she could call me, still no response . I called again and again it went to voicemail. I have left it a few days to see if Zoe would call but no such luck. I have just called again and again it went to voicemail. I find this disgusting what a way to run a business. No apology, no offer of replacement plants and no offer of 40 percent reimbursement. I shall never use this company again I will certainly NOT be recommending it to anyone.

So I paid for next day shipping and it took 4 days to arrive, and then when it got here I opened the box to see an tiny bouquet that looked nothing like the photo I purchased the rainbow baby breath and the dominant colour in the dreadful bouquet is white, awful service and a waste of money, do not even bother with this place.

The service, the quality, everything about this company is perfect!
The Black opium and alien wax melts are to die for, and you get a few uses out of each one so nothing is wasted
