I have placed an order for the wallpaper from magic decor and was promised delivery on on March 31 2026. It is April 12th 2026 and they are not giving any updates on shipping . I cannot recommend this brand to anyone. Worst customer service ever .

I have had a not so good experience with them. Being funded/suppoerted by Pidilite.. we thought we will be in good hands but reality is different. The main issue is their sales team, customer coordination team and design team.

Sales team just wants to sell things.. so when they take measurements they are careless.. they say that I am taking photographs.. design team will know the rest. Then design team now has half knowledge.. missed nuances because sales guy was careless. Then customer coordination team has backlogs so they just want to rush the customers to clear things in an utterly messy manner. They will send I so many documents or images and do so much back and forth on whatsapp.. that any customer who is getting a big house done via them .. is bound to make mistakes.

So point is .. no one is keen on customer satisfaction.. they just want to follow protocols. They will instantly reply on whatsapp but that reply has no essence.

Just imagine.. for us who had 9 windows getting done from them.. they sent us all the windows with wrong measurements. That too after confirming for 56 inch.. they sent 61 inch! Even the mockup we had sent had inside mount but the final doc they sent .. they wrote in small font outside mount .. and the customer coordinator never even bothered to explain us that.. she just wanted us to give her thumbs up.. so her job gets done. No thoughtfulness for the customer at all.

So even after confirming 56inch, sending them a inside mount mockup(made by us) .. they sent us 3 inch extra all sides..

And then their installer.. himself says this is not installable.

The delivery came 5 days late(5 days is too much when alot on your house is getting done and is pipelined) now after such late delivery.. we get to know they have sent wrong measurement curtains..

We are stuck.. do we have to send back to orissa from mumbai..? Many questions but no answer from their customer support. They stopped responding!!!?!

Worst part... They take full amount advance before sending delivery or before putting to print.

Plz rather go with other companies in the market.. they have better designs atleast.

Even for my wallpaper.. they did not send me full resolution image.. It was a painting print.. so I needed to see each element .. they particularly sent me small shots of elements that were perfect and did not send whole reso image.. then when it came the temple element had flaws.. and I had no choice.. they said low reso image was sent.. but it's impossible to assess a 13by9 feet wallpaper elements with a whatsapp sized low reso image.

Hence I shall not recommend MagicDecor. My neighbour has had good experience with other companies in the same field.. unfortunately it was me who trusted MagicDecor.

Ps. I have screenshots for all chats with them. This review did not have option to upload.

Unke designs bahut hi unique aur premium feel dete hain. Print quality bhi kaafi sharp aur vibrant hai, jis se pura room ka look completely change ho gaya. Sabse achi baat ye lagi ki unhone meri wall size ke according perfectly customize karke diya.

Installation bhi smooth raha aur final finish bilkul clean aur professional lagi—koi bubbles ya alignment issue nahi tha. Material quality bhi strong aur durable lag rahi hai, jo long-term ke liye best hai.

Overall, main Magic Decor ko definitely recommend karunga agar aap apne ghar ko ek stylish aur modern look dena chahte ho 👍

Service provided was excellent from start to end, and completed the work on my given time line and date that was the must mentioning thing. Quality of wallpaper was also good and as decided during the visit by magic decor person. All staff with whom we had discussion including installation guy was very humble and skilled. My over all experience with magic decor was very good.

I am very happy with the service and installation process. The product quality is superb and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Altamash installed the wall papers with perfection. I had requirement for 3 walls where finishing was good.

I bought tropical themed sticker style wallpaper as a backdrop for my TV unit. After placing the order, the magicdecor team contacted me via WhatsApp in order to confirm the design and dimensions of the wallpaper, post approval they promptly sent it for production and then shipped it (it took approximately 18 days, ordering - delivery). It safely arrived in a strong cardboard barrel, the print is accurate and the wallpaper has very nice texture to it. I installed the wallpaper myself and to be honest it was a bit of hassle because I’m not really familiar with the installation process but the final result really made it worthwhile. To my surprise, a premium restaurant in my locality has the same wallpaper on their walls!

I am writing to escalate a long‑pending issue regarding my wallpaper installation for Order #95236217, placed in mid‑February.

When your sales representative visited my home to review the wall and confirm the order, no information was provided about the need for primer and putty work prior to installation. Based on the guidance given at that time, I proceeded with the order.

However, when the installation technician arrived on 14th March (Saturday), I was informed for the very first time that the wall must be primed and treated with putty, failing which the wallpaper would not adhere properly and may develop air bubbles or peel off over time. This was unexpected and highly disappointing.

Following this, I received a call from your Sales Team Manager asking me to pay 35% of the charges for the primer and putty work—an additional cost that was never communicated upfront.
It has now been over a month since I placed the order and despite having paid ₹15,000, the installation has still not been completed. This situation has caused both financial loss and significant inconvenience. I trusted Magic Decor for a smooth and professional experience, but unfortunately, the commitment made to the customer has not been upheld.

I request your escalation team to urgently review this matter and provide a clear and immediate resolution. I expect the installation to be completed at the earliest without further delays or unexpected charges.

Please treat this as a priority escalation.

The current situation is a direct result of internal gaps, miscommunication, and poor execution within your team. The customer should not be expected to pay—financially or otherwise—for these shortcomings. I have already paid ₹15,000 for what has effectively turned out to be a lemon, and I have no intention of spending even a single rupee more to compensate for issues that are entirely caused by MagicDecor.
Let me be very clear:

The product and/or service delivered is not acceptable.
The problems encountered are not customer-induced.
Any request for additional payment under these circumstances is completely unjustifiable.

This experience seriously reflects on the maturity, accountability, and professionalism of MagicDecor as a company, as well as the employees I have interacted with so far. What should have been a straightforward customer experience has instead turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal.
I expect:

Immediate resolution without any additional cost to me, and
Clear ownership from a senior representative who can close this matter decisively.

If this cannot be resolved promptly and responsibly, I will be left with no option but to explore further escalation and alternative remedies.
