Item doesnt fit despite following the sizing guide. Have chased for weeks and had no response on email or chat, no phone number to contact. I'm gutted I didn't read these before I brought this, as it looks like this had happened to almost everyone 😔

I bought the cover in good faith after being sucked into the very nice website, which even claims to watch out for fake 'magic cover sites'. How very convenient! Based in Singapore, no purchase confirmation received by email only trace was my credit card statement. The cover wasn't wide enough to tuck down the sides, but I thought ok I can live with that I'll throw pillows over it....but within a day my little one who was playing with colouring pens accidentally marked the cover...I later discovered it ran straight through and marked my new cream sofa! It's not water repellent either so apart from slip proof it offers ZERO protection. Beware! Tried contacting via live chat & email but no response. Not even from the live chat. I'm now certain they're not even based in Singapore as the packet came from China! Looking to recover my £36.99 from my credit card which isn't a fast process! Their refund policy is basically if it's opened it's void! Completely AVOID! Purchase elsewhere if you want to protect your sofa!

Initially I was disappointed until I fixed the cover into place. It transformed the sofa in my grand kids room. No complaints

took longer than advertised to deliver and customer support is non existent but I got the item and it works pretty good so 3-4 stars from me

Poor quality sofa cover. They won’t respond to any messages or emails to return and get a refund.

Absolute crap don't be fooled by the web page. Dont answer e mails. £110.00 might as well have thrown it in the street

Apparently this company is based in the US, which I didn't realise when ordering. However, when the cover arrived, the paperwork wasn't branded and its clearly from China. Wasted £50 and wouldn't order again. I could've just gone on ebay and got the same thing for a lot less. It'll probably end up in the bin as I'm already having to tidy it up or adjust the fitting of it

The fabric would equate to around, maybe a 100 denier pair of tights. I bought a cover in orange - such a neon colour that it literally glows in the dark. Once I managed to get the cover on my leather settee the fabric is such poor quality that my settee looked like it was off to hold up a bank! RUBBISH

I ordered 2 sofa covers. One had a tear in it. I tried contacting them but I have had no response at all. I left several messages, with my email address and telephone number. I am getting NO RESPONSE what so ever can someone advise me what I should do please?

I originally ordered a sofa cover and after 2 weeks it arrived (this company is actually based in China despite their web address being .com and prices being in GBP for me). One of the strings on the bottom snapped and the grey was very purple so I got in touch to ask to exchange the product. They agreed I could but I had to return the one I had. It cost me £26 to post this (at my expense). I ordered a new one to replace it on the promise they would refund me. Since I posted it and provided them with a tracking number they have completely ignored 3 or 4 emails from me asking about a refund and acknowledgement that they will be giving me one. So not only has it now cost me £160 total for one sofa cover it has come to a total of £186 after returning the first and no refund has been issues to date.
They're quick to reply to get business from you but hold on to your money and ignore you when they have to process a refund, do not trust them.

I strongly advise against this company.
The product took weeks to arrive. It looked awful on our sofa and was cheap quality.
I tried to return it but got no reply to my emails. I eventually posted it off to the address on the packaging.
When I finally got an email response, they gave me a different address, in China, to return it to. Now they're not replying to my emails. So I suspect I will not get my money back.

product arrived 30 days late even though I paid for fast shipping (30 days). When it did arrive it was terrible quality and one of the ties was completely broken! I have been in contact with customer service for over a month now trying to get a refund. The customer service is shocking and they just keep ignoring my request.

I recently purchased off the website, but the quality and design of the product is just poor. I contacted the customer to request for return. They gave me a return address in China and also told me they will deduct 20% of the original purchase cost as shipping cost. This is absolutely ridiculous, really regret that I did not read reviews before purchase from this site.

No phone number is a dead give away absolute scam artists.
Ordered and paid , arrived and its the wrong colour,
emailed the "support " who is one person who will try every tactic to stall and not deal with you in terms of emails , i asked for a replacement to be sent out this was 16 days ago they agreed then backtracked when i asked for a refund as it was taking a ridiclous amount of time to get any answers. They then stated it should of been kept in the original packet for a refund okay fair enough but to process and exchange they needed the same thing. I sent them a picture of the sofa and the order form and they still couldnt comprehend which order i had placed and how it was wrong. now not responding for even a replacment so ive just been robbed for the wrong colour.

Also the quality of the product is appauling like so bad
They claim satisfaction guarentee on their website clearly not the case

Do not wast your money, you probably won't get your items. Have aked for proof they have sent it no reply. I am now going to my bank to get my money back.
I have tried talking to these people, just excuse after excuse.
I thought I was buying something in England not oversea as there website tries to make out they are in the UK.

Avoid at all costs.
Terrible product, terrible customer service.
Offered to refund the postage then never did.
Took ages to arrive and was very disappointed.
I really hope people don’t fall for this scam in the future!

Horrible service. Do not purchase from them as you will need to return to China if you are not satisfied. Flimsy fabric, poor quality. Costs me over £23 to return. Worst customer service I received ever.

listen to the reviews this company sucks , they let you think what you want and tell you what you want but zilch nothing is right and you will be sorry

This firm are scammers...Their website leads you to believe you are ordering a sofa cover, but the highlight then moves down to the pillow cases and unless you are aware of it, its very easy to miss. I ended up receiving four cheap red cushion covers, with white cotton stitches and zips for my £29.99. When I posted the supplier, they told me I had made a mistake and to post this rubbish back to them, with tracking details and original packaging to a eastern address and they would inspect the rubbish for wear and decide if they could refund the money..I wouldn't put their product in a dog basket, it's so trashy. You can get sofa covers from uk firms, such as Coopers for the same money as I paid for my "pillow covers" aka cushion covers, so what is the point of this company? I may return this trash, but I will probably keep it and show it to my many contacts. Never go there again is my lesson and don't order in a hurry without double checking what you are buying....Anyone need some cheap wine cushion/pillow covers??? (with white zips!)
