I’m surprised to be writing this but thought I would give everyone a bit of hope. My first withdrawal of £193 was approved and paid out within 24 hours then I won a substantial amount using cashback (although I have deposited a lot in the past). I tried to withdraw the £700 and got the standard 7-21 days message, no reply from emails, same bot message on the live chat. I did finally get paid out a week later. I hope the rest of you have some success. If not I had spoken to my bank about a chargeback and they said after the 21 days they would authorise this as the service hasn’t been met if they are restricting withdrawals. So that might be the route to go down for some of you. I won’t be using the site again as I definitely feel it’s dodgy but just so happy they paid out.

Absolute con artists. They do not pay out and come up with some rubbish time and time again that is the same message every day. Worst customer service and complete and utter lies. I have been waiting over a month for a withdrawal that is "apparently" going through security checks. What security checks? Surely thats done in the verification stage.

This website needs shutting down as it steals money.

Update: My £200 withdrawal request (ID 153075), submitted on 13 February, is still unpaid as of 4 April — now delayed by over 50 days.
The status still shows as “in progress”. My account is fully verified, and no bonuses were used.
Live chat has confirmed in writing that:
there is no maximum processing time for withdrawals
they cannot provide the current processing stage
they cannot identify the responsible department
they cannot provide any other contact for complaints
the only available contact method is live chat, which is unable to provide any concrete answers
In addition, I have sent multiple emails to the email address they provided, and I have not received a single reply.
At the same time, their Terms mention a 48-hour pending stage, and I was previously told 7–21 days, but now I am being told there is no limit at all. These statements clearly contradict each other.
This means there is:
no timeframe
no accountability
no real escalation route
no real way for a customer to resolve the issue
Keeping a fully verified customer’s withdrawal “in progress” for over 50 days, with no timeframe, no responsible department, and no real way to resolve the matter, is completely unacceptable.

Ho chiesto un semplice prelievo di 700€ e dopo 5 settimane i miei soldi risultano ancora "sequestrati" e la richieste fatta giorno 16 febbraio risulta ancora in fase di verifica. Ho contattato diverse volte l'assistenza e rispondono sempre con la stessa frase " siamo dispiaciuti per il ritardo ti avviseremo se ci sono novità"....a questo punto é chiaro che si tratta diuna truffa e non pagheranno mai. Don’t use this site. It isn’t legit. Tried to deposit money into my account however was told by my bank that it had been unsuccessful, however the money left my bank anyway, I contacted the customer support on the site and was told that I was sending in screenshots of older transactions (I was not!) and that I hadn’t attempted to deposit anything on that day, even though my account showed a pending deposit. I was told that I would receive an email with a decision soon, of course I haven’t had an email from them! Scam site, stay away.

Since registering with this site I’ve had hundreds of phone calls/text messages/emails from other fake casinos like this one about bonus offers and other things. To the point where some of them are calling me up to five times a day! There is no way to stop this - you can block one of them, but another will start pestering you the next day. If I’m honest I feel unsafe knowing this site has access to my personal info and bank. I wouldn’t be surprised to wake up and have money taken - there is no safety on this site at all, and is not worth it.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! Won over 15k and then conveniently got locked due to “suspicious activity” just don’t want to pay out. Also their withdrawal times are 10 times longer than any other casino (7-21 days) I’ll never see that 15k so avoid this site like the plaque
