My issue isn’t even with the service itself it’s with the cancellation process.

When I went to cancel my subscription, I discovered there was no clear option to actually cancel it from my account. The only option presented was to pause the subscription for 90 days.

That’s not the same thing as canceling.

If a customer wants to end a subscription, there should be a straightforward “Cancel Subscription” button. Instead, I was forced to contact support just to do something that should have taken a few seconds.

Signing up was easy. Canceling should be too.

Companies should not make customers jump through hoops to stop paying for a service.

This place is a scam - I ordered 3 boxes and the fourth is supposed to be free. Well, I only received one box of electrolytes and it was the “free” one. I have been emailing them and can’t get in touch with anyone I’m getting the vibe that it was a scam. Seeing a lot of other folks who have had the same issues popping up now with some more digging. Don’t trust these people.

I ordered pink raspberry and was sent fruit punch - this keeps happening - unacceptable

Ive reached out to them about 5 times to cancel and refund an order because I wasnt a fan of the product have yet to get back to me its now been 4 days after requesting a cancellation and refund of the order.

I never received my order and use are ignoring me!

I ordered 2 pre workouts and it says they have been delivered, I live in a flat inside of a compound of 3 identical buildings so delivery's can sometimes get muddled up, I try to contact magna through there website which refers you to either the phone number on your order confirmation which there is no phone number, so this is already a red flag, so instead email them and still no response

Only half of my order was sent.
I ordered the pre workout and the shaker from this company.
The pre workout arrived and is great I can’t fault it! However the shaker cup hasn’t even been dispatched.
For reference the pre workout was shipped 8 days ago.
I haven’t yet reached out to the company but will be doings so shortly.

Very fast ship, I really think the old formula is very great.

Incomplete order and no contact to inform when it will be completed. Still waiting 2 weeks later

This stuff is very pure - the best

Great pre workout...no tingly feeling...no strange itching....u simply can workout harder and longer. The taste is slightly different to other pre workout....Less powdery n more of a strong dilute drink...I can't remember the amount of servings u get but it seems to last for a long time. I got the 300 caffeine strength and for it's high dose u won't notice a sharp feeling or a high buzz more that half through your workout u will still feel very fresh and will get a great pump....Delivery is quick and sharp and arrived before it said it was going to be at my address....I really do recommend this product and rate it high among any bigger labels.

The only pre-workout I will buy - Tastes Great, no post workout crash, no nasties and nothing that makes you want to tear your skin off. Just wish it was a bit cheaper!

Solid pre workout. Tried a few others and this one isn't special but it's cheap. Would recommend.

used twice, no caffeine rush at all and i’ve not had any form of caffeine in months. good pump thought

Edit: Previously left a bad review because I never received my product and I didn't get a reply from customer service. They have now rectified their mistake and I received a refund.

I stumbled on Magna after researching what I wanted in a pre-workout and it looked perfect for my purposes.

Unfortunately, I never received my item. After waiting for approx. 2 weeks, I decided to reach out to Magna's customer service via email and social media to figure out what happened.

Disappointingly, the customer service team never answered.

Magna team- I don't like leaving bad reviews, so if you are willing to send me the pre-workout I paid for, I would be more than happy to update this review.

Love this formula. Really great profile, love how simple yet effective it is. The only thing I would maybe change is adding a gram of L-Tyrosine. I don't get the same just happy to be alive feeling I get with l-tyrosine formulas, like PHD charge.

Flavours taste great as well. Could do with more variety though.
