Be very careful and I suggest before parting with any money research Ross Jay (London) if he is currently still a partner or working there, he is a professional scammer who took me for all my children’s inheritance, he owns and works very closely selling off plan properties.
We lost hundreds of thousands of pounds. Tread with extreme caution

John, Hannah and Becky were all amazing and professional. The initial discussion with John was informative and to the point (not a sales pitch). He did not try to convince you to buy anything but instead provide you with information that helped me to decide whether BTL is what I want to get into and which type of properties would be best for me. She would even remind me of emails sent out by the solicitor (incase I had missed them) and what i had outstanding to do and the time frame.
