Fast service (items were delivered three days early!!!).

An incredible product, which might look too simple to be true; but I found the construction extremely easy.

I took my time over a couple of days.

Units look fantastic and are easy top open for window access etc.

For some reason, both kits came with twice the number of corner brackets needed!!!

Flyscreen works very well, is easy to fit and a cheaper alternative to other options.

Perfect fit, simple to install and works great. Really pleased with the product, and added bonus the dog can let herself through and it self closes behind her keeping the insects outside

Ordered 2 products, one not fit for purpose and one broke after little use. Emailed asking for help, was told to buy some glue to stick it to the window which I didn’t want to do, then they ignored every follow up email I sent and still haven’t responded. Not happy

Disappointing!
I would not award any stars if it was possible. My experience started positive with a timely delivery. The screen was fitted correctly as per the instructions, and I was happy with the quality of the product when I fitted it initially. I would have awarded 5 stars.

However, the self-adhesive magnetic tape failed after 2 weeks, and the screen fell to the floor. The company have failed to respond to emails.

Don't waste your money.

Wish I could give this 0 stars. Beware of this company. You will be charged extra fees and 29 euro for just returning the item. This is not based in Ireland. Customer service is a joke. Didn’t realise until I ordered and I didn’t get a confirmation email straight after. Which you would get with every single online purchase. I didn’t find the reviews of the sight I purchased on flyscreendoor.Irish because they Have many different websites for the same company. I spent 108 and god knows how much the import fees will cost. Not worth it just buy one locally.

Was super easy to order (made 3 orders) and the screens arrived super quick within a couple of days. I have opened one and it looks very good and I am impressed with the instructions. Not given 5 stars since I have not yet installed, am moving aboard and had to order in advance for logistical reasons. I'm looking forward to keeping cats in and bugs (especially mossies) out!

Excellent screens, look great on conservatory double doors, no more flies just fresh air.

It is very good and easy to fix. My window handles exceed the frames and it makes most of the fly screen cannot install to my windows. I only modified a little bit of the net and it can fit my windows and works quite well. I bought one pack for trying and it does work, so that I have ordered another big set and extra clips for all the windows in my house.
My little experience: after opening several times, the white clip and the magnetic strip will separate. They do not fix very tight. Therefore, open it gentle and press the white clip sometimes to make sure they are fix together.

Screens arrived quickly and were not too difficult to fit. I had to turn up a hem because they were too long but really pleased now that they are the right size.

Beware of this website, it is not in ireland / uk it is in fact a Thailand company. I Bought a few Fly Screens at £169 with Free Delivery! now caught with a £69 import charges before the item can be delivered.

Very satisfied, very easy to install and very effective, the shipment was quite fast considering where it comes from. I recommend.

I am very pleased with the screen. It was very easy to put up. Buying it in white means the light into the room isn't compromised.

The instructions could have been a little better but over all I’m really pleased with the result . Very generous components so no scrimping trying to make it fit ! Very happy.

Magnetic fly screen
This fly screen was easy to put up and I am very happy with it. It closes tightly after you go through it. The magnets are strong. Our cat has to get used to how it works. Looking forward to an insect free indoors this year. Thank you.

They do not appear on Companies House website. This company uses a Union Flag in its banner. But they say "we always declare your item as "sample" ...on the customs declaration". Clearly they are importing their screens and you may be charged import duty.

If you wish to return an item, "items must be shipped back to the original warehouse your package was sent from (at the cost of the purchaser)". This will be expensive if to Thailand.

They say, "If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible."

They do not guarantee the resolution of a complaint.

They charge 12.5% on cancellation.

Be very careful.
