Very hesitantly, after reading all the one-star reviews with people complaining about their orders not processed/not shipped, etc..I ordered $55 worth of Weck glass jars. I received my order in 4 days in excellent condition. Packaged very well to prevent breakage. So magnolia.com is not a scam website. Sorry about the people whose orders were lost/not shipped. Not sure if it's a hit or miss company. But it worked for me.
A fake company. Never recieved my items now 4 months since ordering. Company has stopped answering my mail.
Ordered pickleball rebound net in October 2025. Waited and emailed, waited and emailed. Finally, in January 2026 order cancelled and refund promised in 7-10 working days. 15 days later and an email to them every day but still no refund. Avoid like the plague. Would give zero stars if possible.

I had a king bed delivered on Monday I have an issue with bed quality and mattress support. Can’t use. Customer service was nice but no empathy and said someone would be escalated to call me back in seven days.
I am I can of the Gains success. But, they need to fix this issue if they want people like myself to support their efforts.
Is no stars possible? The worst and most disappointing experience ever. What an utterly deplorable company for selling the art of "home" and providing trash as product. The description was completely false to what I received and the product did not actually work....disappointing is an understatement. I'm disgusted.
Like many I ordered early December (1st), now Christmas Eve and still no sign of the nutcrackers! Got a refund today (probably because my bank got involved) either avoid this company or order in September!!
I placed an order on Dec 3rd. It’s now Dec 22nd and the tracking error they gave me shows “tracking error” and they won’t respond to me. They never shipped the product. Reporting them to my credit card company as fraudulent. Do not buy from this company!
I ordered an in-stock item from their website on 12/06/2025 for a Christmas Gift. The order wasn't processed until 12/18 and actually shipped 12/19 for a 12/26 estimated delivery date - missing Christmas-ensured delivery.. 20 days from order to delivery in holiday shopping season is atrocious customer service. Avoid this merchant at all costs. Their customer support is indifferent and unhelpful.
I purchased lamps and the quality is not what they appear on the site. They do not accept returns. What a waste of $$. They were not cheap
This bank called me to the point of harassment. I answered several times to tell them that we were already working with someone or that we were not interested. I even told them several times to remove me from their call list. Still, they would call me multiple times a day, during work and meeting hours, often 3 or 4 times, back to back, in the same couple of minutes. When I did answer, if there were times that I couldnt hear them or it was the second, third or fourth time they called, they would get an attitude with me and hang up on me. Ive answered their calls multiple times in the morning, when driving my kids to school, and couldnt understand them on bluetooth, or they couldnt hear me, and I told them that it would be a better time to talk in 15 or 20 minutes, and they insulted me and hung up, or said something like ("oh but i know you can hear me and i know you can talk, so stop wasting my time") when they called me...and i said id call them back. Im confused if they want business or not. Ultimately, i would not want to go into business with a company whose representatives are sensitive to the point of vast unprofessionalism and entitlement, especially regarding financial issues. I would rather an adult handle these aspects of my life, and not teenagers, or those who act as such, professionally. There are so many other companies that do what they do, with much more trust and professionalism. They are not making themselves competetive by insulting clients when they cant understand/hear your representitives....and especially when they are hanging up on clients when we are calling back to say they missed a call, and asking what the call was all about. Sounds very similar to a company trying to scam you.
Customer service doesn’t care. I won’t be buying their stuff at target either.
I’ve now received several items that are defective, the most recent very egregiously so. Each of the four supporting joints on the mirror are cracked and the defect is in the construction of the item. When reaching out to magnolia customer service, I received the following response “was it delivered in the last 30 days” and then no response thereafter. I explained all of the packaging is intact and the item itself is poorly built. No further communication. Another of the items, a glass measuring cup, shattered while in use. There were no hot or cold items in the cup, just room temp milk and I heard a cracking sound. Looked around thinking something had fallen, I then realized it was just the cup cracking during use. Bizarre and dangerous. The wares are shoddily made and the customer service is non-existent when you make them aware of it. Buyers beware.
Horrid customer service! I received a defective item that was purchased as a wedding gift. It was an inlaid marble tray, in dark green and white. The white marble actually had red streaks running through the white marble. I inquired through email to Magnolia Customer Service, (the only option for communication) about returning for a replacement. I was assured that the new item would be shipped within 3 days, once I returned the defective item (which I did through FedEx and have a receipt). When I contacted the company after 13 days, I was told that I would have to request a refund. This company provides defective items, conflicting information, provided by different agents, ALL of whom are offshore. There is no accountability, or seeming desire to make things right when they fail the customer.
