Good quality product, prompt.
One issue, tracking was difficult, it was untraceable for 5 to 6 days. I made an enquiry for help. On the same day it was delivered.

I ordered 2 items and one came quite quickly. I am still waiting for the second item. Over all I am very pleased. The items were a gift and sent to a different address so I didn’t see them but was told the item that has already showed up is perfect and very happy.

Beautiful print as advertised: Vermeer's The Glass of Wine, safely delivered from the far side of the world much more quickly than I expected. Very responsive and helpful support staff. Thankyou Magnolia Box for a job well done. I couldn't be happier.

Hoy finalmente, algo más de un mes del primer pedido y tras tres envíos por causa de errores de impresión y de configuración de las vistas preliminares, devoluciones, y conversaciones con atención al cliente, he obtenido finalmente las postales requeridas.
Lo mejor, sin duda, es el equipo de atención al cliente, accesible y resuelve los problemas.
El resultado, en el caso de postales, es bastante discreto, de hecho acorde con el precio; Un acabado mate y apagado en papel de 300g con el reverso en blanco, sin impresión, tal como indican en la página. La impresión recibida es, aproximadamente, lo que se ve en la previsualización, pero no exactamente; al adaptar el formato de la imagen original al de las tarjetas, puede desaparecer parte de la imagen, lo cual es desagradable en caso de obras de arte, por ejemplo.
Habrá que esperar algún tiempo que resuelvan los problemas de la página y tal vez ofrezcan otros tipos de papel o impresión ...

Rápida impresión y envío, en poco más de una semana había sido entregado en España.
PERO hay un grave error en la impresión de los packs de tarjetas postales; el resultado nada tiene que ver con lo solicitado.
Ya ha pasado una semana tras la recepción y la comunicación del error, y la empresa no ha solucionado aún el problema. Más grave aún cuando les comuniqué que se trataba de un trabajo de impresión para una exposición y requería una cierta urgencia en la reacción.
Primera y muy mala experiencia con esta empresa, ya me extrañaba tan buena puntuación ...

Fast printing and shipping, in little more than a week it had been delivered in Spain.
BUT there is a serious error in the printing of the postcard packs; the result has nothing to do with what was ordered.
It has been a week since I received and communicated the error, and the company has still not solved the problem. Even more serious when I informed them that it was a printing job for an exhibition and required a certain urgency in the reaction.
First and very bad experience with this company, I was already surprised by such a good score ...

On line purchasing is always a gamble but not with Magnolia Box. This is the second time I ahve used them. efficient , timely delivery and good communication as well as a great product. Off to order more.

I ordered four postcards and one poster and everything was wonderful. Beautiful print and great quality. I like the colors and the style. Well packaged, delivered on time and helpful customer service. Absolutely gorgeous art, love it!

Incredible quality artwork. We have purchased several pieces and have been extremely pleased with the items we have received. The delivery time is very reasonable and pieces were very well packaged. Courier and company delivery communication was great. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend.

The picture and frame were great quality and arrived very quickly. Sadly the coiurier damaged the glass (not Magnolia's fault at all)-I contacted them about the damage and a replacement was sent the same day. Excellent customer service!
